You may never believe or to see rare gesture of kindness in this materialistic world, when one can give their heartful service to those who badly needed. But this clinic and the physio Arif has shown still some serious kind hearted people exists. Yesterday on 20th feb 2023 I am in Lucknow from Delhi on my official tour and my spondilitis problem aggrevated to that extent that i even could not sit properly with so much pain. He has given treatment for half an hour and got some relief and he has also given two tablets for muscle relief. When I asked the fees, he has not accepted any penny even after so much request to accept the money. To my surprise he offered another free service for next day, when I informed my flight back in the evening then he said he will his aid in the morning to my hotel itself. And morning sharp at 7.00 am he is at my service with the kit and given the treatment and at this time also the aid too not accepted my money at all. Though it is free service they offered but the service level no where it is less and felt very good after the physio and massage. My little brother have visited this clinic his experience is very poor because they are using very low quality machines and the doctor don't come to check patiant. Always doctor say to students who are studying there and the efficiency of students is very poor the doctor don't even take note of patient condition. If we complent about our condition doctor use to shout on patient doctor don't even come and check the progress of students. When patiant is on bed the doctor were busy is phone and as well as students. Poor quality and poor condition poor experience with doctor.

Very bad experience, I have got here. Physiotherapist is not gaad. They don't have any knowledge. They only making money. Very bad services.

Insensitive behaviour from the owner as I have opted for 5 days session, i have paid advance as they demanded but I missed one session due to some emargency and when I came for the 5th session the owner clearly denied to give 5 th session.His straight forward denial shows that they are totally here for making money. Moreover it's not advanced physiotherapy clinic, as the equipments don't give relief much , they give just temporary relief just after the warm therapy. So it's better not to come here , just use warm water therepy at your home / buy warm bag from online or opt any down to earth and some sensitive people's clinic.
