I had visited here due to eye irritation caused by allergic reactions. Registered for the first time and booked an appointment ( charged ₹500 ). Then Consultant enquired the allergic reactions and forwarded me to the doctor. Doctor politely checked my eyes, clarified my questions and then suggested me 3 eye drops.

Hello, It's my genuine review. I had my LASIK at Vijaya nethralaya from Dr.Srushruth, He was very supportive, explained the procedure really well and answered all my queries. I got my vision within 24hrs and i am very happy with the results.
Also staffs at Vijaya nethralaya are very friendly Especially staff komala sis ,she took care of everything really well.

What a pathetic experience! I googled for a hospital referred by my friend and this hospital website showed up. So I visited. Right from the staff to the doctor, every one is rude here. Ambience is bad and unhygienic. Then I called my friend and asked y he has referred me to such useless hospital, then he said this is not the hospital and he gave me the other address. Then I realised that I was fooled as this hospital in their website used other hospital name to misguide their patients. Such cheap management here. Never get misguided by this hospital. In vijayanagar and surroundings double check the hospital name and logo. This is nethralaya but website nethralaya will be replaced by other hospital name to misguide public. Beware!!

I have visited Vijaya netralaya its really a bad experience, I just wanted to test my eye power which is free everywhere but receptionist have forced me to consult Dr, which you don't need of Dr consultation and asked me to pay Rs.500/-, and medicine.. they are money minded no ethics for the management and it's really dirty place not hygiene.

Your hospital is not hygiene go through your hospital once if you have concern about your centre hygiene and patients health. Especially your centre is for only eye.
Eye hospital should be no dust, hygiene and clean. Your centre not up to the mark.

Worst hospital ever. The assistant doctors are so slow, that even a tortoise can race them. They are so in active and donot respond at all. The assistant doctors sit and chat all the time instead of responding and treating the patients. The staff of the hospital need to be improved.

My Mother had CATRACT Left Eye Surgery Post Surgery she had Pain on the Eye saurohnding she was not getting sleep properly we contacted 2 times for the same issue it was address by saying no one faced such issues and still my mother problem same with changing 2 Drops and Tablets changed my now hospital to Narayana Nethralaya waiting for there review.
I feel take your decision before going for surgery looks they are not doing operation appaji gowda his assistant done for my mother.
Eye Matters She is daily suffering now why I went surgery.
Second problem with hospital they don't recomend to contact next level when problem not solved.

I went for routine check-up, Cornea Dr. Sinchana is good doctor but Retina Dr. Dakshayini I felt very bad Doctor, She handled me very roughly still after 8 hours my eyes paining because of rough handling. Very unprofessional Doctor, Never go to this hospital again and never suggest any one. Please go to Narayana Netralaya instead....

Very unprofessional behaviour.
Called the hospital at 10:35 AM for my aged mother's cataract problem and i was advised to visit them before 1:00pm. I make it to the hospital by 11:30. To my surprise, i am told slots are full and doctor is not willing to see any more patients. I questioned them why was i given the appointment then and requested them to speak to the doctor given the distance i had travelled and also my mother's age.
Now, a new lady walks in and asks me why I did not visit the hospital at 10:00AM. She said the doctor is reluctant to see the patient and asked me to come the next day.
After my protest, i asked the lady in what capacity she is working there and her name. She said she doesn't have a name. I asked her why should I go back to them after this experience. She told me to look for any other doctor or hospital. Very shocking behaviour.

I have been consulted here for an eye bacteria infection where I had severe pink eye the doctor Ravina or staff didnt didn't give me proper information how to get rid of this after i asking many they are just speaking 1 or 2 words
Due to this I got a spread of pink eye to my family members too
They have given medicine suggestions and didn't advise how to use
I never advise this hospital or doctor to any one where they are not patient user friendly

Dissatisfied! Very bad response from the front office people, no appointments are allocated accordingly, they expect us to request than providing us the good service which is their duty, definitely not recommendable. There are 4-5 people in the front office and no one responses in a polite manner, irresponsible behaviour from them and also tell us to come again and again and no proper tests are done in which way it has to be done. I have been there 3 times in a week for check-up inspite of their mistake and still they said me to come again for the next day. Not recommending anyone.

Money making hospital, won't accept card payment if paid extra accepting card payment. They won't give tax receipt they only say. Staff not friendly they r friendly only for in money making process not consultant process. Please 🙏avoid this hospital and go for other nethralaya. Many other hospital offer much much better service and much low price than your hospital, every hospital will respond to any emergency not only sunday, if it's service it should be uniform in service not since u run at high price on Sunday I know u don't lower ur service on weekdays same goes for so called your price. Still I don't recommend your hospital

Very Unprofessional Behavior's from Dr Sushruth and officials of the Hospital. We have been to hospital around 7:30 for consultation and while going through the procedure or before giving the consultation charges they are never informed us that the hospital is closing within an half an hour and in-between procedure they are saying that the drop will given to the patient due to that we have to wait for 2 hours on that time they told us about closing time of the hospital so that's why the procedure is skipped to next week....Dr Sushruth is saying that Receptionist don't no the closing timing of the hospital this is pathetic answer from the Dr. If they don't know the timing they have to cross check with Dr before taking the consultation fees. Guys humble request don't visit to this hospital.

For card payment they are charging extra. They charge extra even if you go with in 15days . Simply they mention the consultation fee is 500 which is valid for 15days. It is just money making hospital.

The way they treat the patient is ridiculous. Today i went for an general eye check up. There where about only 10patients in total. They dont organise correctly they dont call up on by the order which is placed i was waited for more than two and a half hours with 1.5year old kid.my husband was waiting with my son outside for more than 2hours. Patients who came after me seen n went home.when i ask them they were like we did not know ypu where waiting for so long. First we asked them patiently to call us they said only two patients left after which 4patients finished their check up and went they dint call me i was last. My son started crying continously.we i asked the doctor she was like i dont know the same thing they told wen a man raised the voice for his son check up they blame on d staff. Staff says i dont know. No body is responsible in handingling patient care. Very poor experience.please dont go if u wanted a healthy atmosphere and ur check up to be done on time not just wanted to waste ur time for no reason. They dont ask us to wait us for a reason they just call the patients as they like. Poor response and worse experience ever.

Annoying staffs... no proper replies from the staff very arrogant behaviour, worst hospitality no one cares about us and no value for time, They make us sit for hours. 4-5 people in reception and they don't know who's coming inside and going out. They take 500 as consulting fees it's not worth even a hundred. Not recommending anyone.

Vasan eye care had a very good service level, 7 years back when we got a cataract surgery done from you.
But sorry to inform customer/ patient service by the support staff isn't at all as it was previously.
We were informed by receptionist to wait in the waiting hall for 2 min. After almost an hour also nobody checked on us. Receptionist on cross checking informed that doctor would see us in some time.
Later after cross checking with your other team member we were told you should go up.and doctor will be available only after an hour.
No second thoughts about your capabilities but customer service is pathetic
If anyone is planning to visit this hospital, please think twice. Patients time is as precious as doctors.

We go ensuring with them about the appointment that there are no patients and when we ask for the reserved appointment in the hospital they tell us no appointment has been made and tell they have told not to make any prior appointments.
