I walked in Titan eye plus and Guru Prasad did attend me followed by bhumika to explain the lens details. Bhumika is pretty confusing and doesn't seem to have a great clarity while explanation of the lens and the difference between each category. Secondly when I picked up the specs am supposed to get the invoice copy over an email however I didn't. I did follow with guru Prasad who is the owner of the showroom and he kept repeatedly saying they have initiated one more time and I should receive it in 24hours. Firstly, I don't understand the concept of receiving an email in 24 hours secondly, I did insist if he could share via whatsapp he kept saying to check inbox in 24 hours. I contacted the customer care directly and they had put me in a conference call with bhumika from the store, the confused bhumika had no answer to me and she disconnected the call. The customer care people again tried to have the conference call however no response from the store. After a big ruckus I had got my invoice copy via whatsapp.
Points of my observation:
1. Guru Prasad is the owner so he goes way beyond to welcome and greet people and keep the sales intact so that people are pleased by his humbless, which every business people/client facing peeps need to learn. Hence please do not be carried away by his gestures
2. Bhumika is the average staff I have come across who doesn't have much knowledge, and tends to confuse the other, speaks in a very low tone which the other person may not hear clearly, and runs when problem is thrown her way.
After sales service isn't great, even for my invoice I had to run pillar to post and a lot of follows up from my end.

Did not have a good experience buying power glasses from here. Optometrist here did not do a good a job and as a result I suffered from blurred vision when I used my new glasses. When I went to seek support they were obtuse and very unhelpful.
Will not my waste time and money on this fine establishment again.

I chose a frame from the 3rd block Jayanagar store but I noticed some spots on it. So I asked if it can be cleaned or a fresh frame of the same product can be given to me. The sales woman said they’ll put the lenses in a different (unused) frame. I was glad. But when I received the new pair, I saw the spots and realised they’d not only put lenses in the same (used) frame, they also hadn’t bothered to clean it. Also, I’d like the company to invest more in training their store staff so that they’re more adept with ways of communicating with customers.
I was told that when my glasses are ready I’ll get a call, but I didn’t receive any calls from them.

I purchased Oakley frame from the store. Minimal selection but found suitable one for me. Store offered discount as well on intl brand.
I did follow up call after 2 days. Wanted to get pt marking done. The store offy free eye check-up as well. Do not go with their suggested test score. They completely got it wrong, I had to visit eye specialist to get it right.
Store people keep insisting to give them good score but are not keen on service. Feedback is based on experience at store.

Service is not good,there was manufacturing defect in my frame I had purchased,I initially felt after they fixed power glass to the frame.I also told them,I feel frame is not proper but she didn't agree and later ,after few days ,frame became loosen .so when I visited store they didn't service.then I went to 4yh block Titan eye plus,they serviced and solved issue.
I prefer jayanagar 4th block Titan eye plus store compare to 3rd block one
