They are good but I am not a happy customer. Because they have not fitted the glass properly in my spectacles. I fear it will come out. If Laxmi optician staff reading this review please reply me, contact me if you could please fix this?

Unlike big brands they are ready with lenses change in your own frame too. They charge actually reasonable price when you have peer to peer comparison with big national brands.

It was my walk in visit to the store. But the eye catchy ambience & prompt staff didn’t let me go without purchasing a sunglasses from them. Their after sell follow ups & service made me their regular client. Way too professional & kind towards customers.

Realised their expertise & service at time of replacement of my specs which were accidently broken in a month. Thanks team.

one of the most disgusting experience today. very poor quality and bad behavior few staff members I Buy one spectacle frames from That time I shocking is for the service but I after I facing issues on my spectacle frames I realize what service and staff behavior.

Went to buy glares for myself and selected on a shade of brown with mirror coating . Owner assured me that it would be made available within a week.I paid a sum if 5000 rupees against this in advance and waited patiently for a week, after which they phoned me to tell they would be needing another week as the color of the shades have come out improper. I waited another 10 days before reaching out to them and they called me to their shop saying that the glares were ready to go. Upon arriving at the shop, owner said it would take another 2 weeks for the shade to arrive and asked me if i would buy some different color for shades. I clearly asked them as to why it was not intimated to me and it was binding on the owner to convey this sort of info to the customer. I could see he realised his mistake but he tried to divert the topic by saying i have a temper and customer is always right and blah blah. I finally managed to get a refund and left the shop. The shop owners attitude is completely out if line, doesn't know how to run his shop or answer basic customer queries. He was rude and was not ready to accept his mistake. They take orders knowing very well they can't handle them and then come up with lame execuses when they can't meet deadlines. I wasted my 20 days on a pair of sunglasses which could have easily been made by a reputed optician . They are just not worth it ! I genuinely don't post reviews but this was needed.

Well, Would like to mention nere that The Owner/Management has called me and have told me that as at rhe time my visit he was not available. He further assured that they would like to check my glasses and find out the best possible solution to this unwarranted incident. On visit to their shop, it was great surprise to note that as per their customer care policy they will be taking extra care to see that my new glasses will not face earlier problem and as a gesture of goodwill they will not charge for the services rendered. Hats off to them for extending their support to the customer. ------------------------------------------------------------- I have purchased progressive glasses with frame worth about 35k a year ago.I found problem with the glasses and when approached they told me that warranty was for one year only. You need to buy another glasses. I told them this was not discussed at the time of buying. They refused to do anything. I don't recommend them now. If you want to visit and buy something expensive BEWARE...
