It was wonderful experience at Dr.Agarwals eye hospital. I underwent laser treatment for Glaucoma. Procedure was hassle free, and everyone in hospital guided me well.
Dr. Ravi (JP Nagar branch) did the laser treatment which went well and he filled in lot of confidence before treatment and exactly explained what was the problem.
Dr. Shailashree and Dr. Venkatesh Babu (Banashankari branch) treated me at initial stage and explained me what exactly was the problem and guided me exactly what treatment to go for, very humble doctors and explained same things multiple times patiently.
Pavithra (Banashankari branch) optician in Banashankari branch who has superb knowledge regarding different types of lenses. Explained me very well on the available types and guided me which one will suit most accurate and best to me. I took more time in deciding the lens and frame but patiently she explained multiple times and guided for a proper one which suits me very well and using it from past 1month without any problem.

Even though we had taken appointment we had to wait for almost 1.5 hrs and I had come for free refractive evaluation for which I had to go thru all the lengthy procedure and in the end doctor took just 7 to 10 mins to tell that the refractive procedure is not possible for reading. Instead of just 10 mins we spent almost 2 hrs in the hospital in our busy schedule.

It's more like a commercial hospital. We had come two times with two different people. Once, when my mom had cataract and pterigium surgery, the cost of the surgery was high, but they gave good service. Considering the same experience, I suggested one more relative to the same outlet. They suggested some spectacles, which are nearly 5,000. Later, the same eye issues recurred. While checking Sametime. We realised that since they are not getting any big business, The level of service was very negligent. Suggest that all visit such a hospital. Kindly get a second opinion from some other good hospital. Today's service, I felt like More than solving the issue, they are more keen to serve the people who come with a large amount. Made a mistake coming to this hospital and regretting for it . Future would not like to recommend anyone from my known circle

My mother had cataract surgery done here with one of their doctor but she is experiencing pain and also swelling thing's are not at all well post surgery. Never recommend this place.

While we visited for an eye check up on 06/06. Doctor diagnosed and said its an alergy given few eye drops.. But he wrongly diagnosed as a alergy..

Total scam...... starting from advicing to buy new spectacles to insisting u to provide positive reviews (even though yr glasses are good......)u can cross check,The optics sales women start with " yr frame is old it will break in few months and new lens gets wasted so change frame too"... If you are able to spend 15min on sofa near to the spectacles area,u can hear this dialogue and this is common for EVERYONE... To reach their target they are looting from US.....*don't go with positive reviews they are forced to provide in hospital only* If you still believe in them...god bless you

Visited Banashankari branch for first time as it is near to my residence.....doctor service is fine.....and they advised to change glasses due to change in power...we agreed and brought a new glass (to mom) and now near vision is a big problem......And to *cross-check* we visited previous hospital (general check up) and they said no need to change glasses !!!!! Its a big gambling .... Making business in the name of" power change".... Don't go based on reviews.....they suggest to provide positive reviews...it is money oriented hospital rather than treatment...
Go and waste your money while buying spectacles..... especially don't believe words of a lady who start with " frame is weak....blah blah....this dialogue is for everyone..... one can cross-check.....ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRT DOCTORS NOT ABOUT SPECTACLES....so please don't buy spectacles there total waste

It used to be a decent place before. But now they don't take appointments, they tell you that we can just walk in. When you walk in we have to pay first and wait for close to 90mins before you meet the doctor. Why make us wait? They can just give appointments. It's filled with unhappy old people who are tired of waiting. It's a small place on the main road at the signal and their doors don't cancel any noise. I don't know how they function with so much noise. Whenever you walk in, it seems like the place is crowded because it's in so much demand, but the truth is there's only one or two doctors attending and it's just a big bunch of patients waiting endlessly which is accumulated to look like a crowd.

doctors are okay but receptionists or assistance are worser than 10th class pass childrens . They took 300\/- once for the appointment fee, money got deducted from my account. then the receptionist asked me to make the payment again (because the receipt did not come out , even though the machine showed approved the transaction) but I refused to make the payment again. Afterwards a guy came and asked me to repay the fee but still I said the money has been deducted , but he started arguing with me, at last made the payment again and he asked to wait for 48 hours if I did not get the money back ,come to us and we'll give your money back. I called them after 5 days later (cause i had exams so could not able to go after 3 days ) they just refused to recognize me and aggressively said you should have come by next day(even though one guy asked me to wait for 48 hours). lack of common sense. Me and my all friends have been going to the same hospital since 3 years but now we'll change the hospital. I would like to give 100 extra to another hospital rather than going the Abhaya hospital.

Very very bad experience. My right eye was operated by Dr. Venkatesh Babu for mild cataract Due to retinal damage during the surgery the situation become complicative thereafter. I underwent 2 Vitrioctomy surgery thereafter and suffered psychologically and financially for the last six months.

I Had very bad experience with this hospital. I had asked for complete eye checkup, but they did only computerized checkup and recommending for LASIK surgery. Each visit they'll charge the consultation fee. They do not test properly and even treat the patients very badly.

Doctor is friendly, However the staff are very rude. Those who have plans to get the bill claimed from insurance they will suffer a lot as these staff do not help us to get the required documents for claims. I had to go through lot of difficulty to get these documents. Doctor has to train their staff at behavioural front.

One of the worst eye hospital. My 4 year old son infected right eye due to alergy, Dr Neelima sha suggested 3 types of eye drops for right eye. But in prescription they return drops need to put for both eyes, we followed and left eye infected now, when we visit they are trying to convince prescription given for both the eyes.
We took the second opinion before visiting they confirmed drop need to be put only infected eye. Dont go to this hospital at all.
