The experience of visiting Dr. Suraj was amazing. He recommend proper tests to help with the diagnosis. Moreover he explained the cause and effect of the path he is taking for the treatment with utmost care. Also, I'm really happy to see the promt response on WhatsApp regarding the tests and medicine. I visited Gastro360 for acid reflux. Dr Suraj had patiently listened to my problem and helped me identify the issue. I even went through endoscopy procedure and even that was handled smoothly.

We just visited by seeing Google reviews. Treatment is ok. However support staff is not at all supportive, it took 1hour to get bills. When you have medical prescriptions printed how come invoice printing is not available. I doubt on reviews also

They are saying that appointment is needed and timings is 9-10 in morning or otherwise evening or else you go to madinaguda is doctor for patients or doctor is only for money. I don't think so doctor following they ethics and even management is not agreeing to understand the situation of patients I would say never ever visit this pathetic doctor. No where it is mentioned that appointment is required and if you are saying so show us the proof where you mentioned regarding appointment. This is our 2nd visit here not the first. The first visit was smooth.

Dr. Suraj might be good at what he does and i believe he is, after the consultation i had with him and him showing clarity in my issue. But... My consultation with him was profoundly disappointing due to his persistently rude and condescending demeanor. From the outset, his tone lacked basic courtesy and respect, making it clear he was unwilling to foster a meaningful dialogue. When I attempted to provide context about my previous efforts to address the issue, he responded angrily and patronizingly, questioning whether I was even capable of understanding his advice. Any attempt to seek clarification or share insights was met with outright dismissal and hostility, as though my input was irrelevant. For a professional consultation with a significant fee, I expected a collaborative discussion, where my concerns and experiences would be valued. Instead, I encountered an arrogant and unprofessional attitude that left me feeling belittled and unheard. This level of disregard for patient communication and respect is entirely unacceptable.

1)Doctor has no patience to listen in the follow up check up , if he listens to the patients only on payment of fees then let the patients know that for follow up check up also fees needs to be paid 2)He says very arrogantly that he knows everything and as a patients we do not know and you cannot do what I can do and sharing pdfs to the patient to study. 3)As per his advice only some medications were stopped for some days again he rudely says that “who told you stop?”. 4)Doctor has to be empathetic with the patient, when we have approached the doctor for a problem faced due to the medication prescribed earlier we expect some empathy and not a rude reply that “I know everything”.

I was having pain and un easy Ness in stomach but hospital was not responding saying doctor was not available now he is already in another case come Tommorow I don't think when a patient in need asks some body should say that Only went once for gastro doctor, and taken my frds for derma doctor afterwards, Will never come to these hospital again

We have a worst experience at this clinic. I lost one day leave because of the irresponsible commitment towards the given appointment. We got an appointment at 10 am. We are well before the appointment. No one is there in the reception, at 10.10 an one person came and informed us to come in the evening or tomorrow. doctor is leaving to another hospital. If is the case there is no meaning in advance appointment. I don't know about the treatment but the way they are managing appointments is very poor.

We visited Dr Suraj at Kondapur on 20th Dec and we were fully satisfied with the suggestions and endoscopy procedure and finally we were happy that the root cause of my problem has been identified as a bacterial infection. However, after starting the medication, I had fever and body aches in the night and revisited the doctor on 23rd Dec. Our only question was if there are any side effects due to which it led to fever and aches. We were completely fine even if it is, as some medication do have some side effects and it’s acceptable. I asked doctor can I use Dolo for fever with these gastric medication. For some reason he became rude and started to say “you question is absolutely wrong, don’t you know paracetamol has no effect if you are on antibiotics“ and one place I just lost it is when he started addressing me as “Nuvvu” (in singular) Dr Suraj, 1. Patients come to you to get their doubts clarified, you prescribed the gastric medicines so you can only tell me if I can use Dolo for fever or will it cause any reaction or not. If i would know which medication go well which antibiotics, why would I even come to you. There is always a way to tell that. My question is are there any side effects. Your answer should be either a yes or no or not to worry. In turn You questioned me that saying “Dont you know nothing will happen, have you not taken antibiotics ever”. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL 2. Patients will come to you with suffering and the minimum expectation from you is to listen, motivate and sooth them. Most importantly respect them. You are not running a medical camp with free service. I paid hefty consultation for your service so you have no right to be rude on me. 3. I only visited seeing all the positive reviews. May be you are not in the right frame of mind at that moment. But that should not reflect on your patient. I am sorry but I am thoroughly disappointed with our second meeting. I expect some empathy from a doctor which completely missed. I never has such experience with any other doctor. I don’t recommend him.

Suraj uppalpati One of the very worst gastroentrologist I met. I went for rectal bleeding he suggested me to take colonoscopy scanning. After scanning report he told me that I don't know why it's bleeding in telugu naku kuda theludu. I would like to give negative rating for him . Suraj uppalpati is unprofessional . He loots your money simply for scanning.

Seriously after watching the reviews i dont understand how they are calling Suraj a doctor. He is a fake and doesnt know how to do treatment. He cant even identify Jaundice and did false treatment and delayed the conclusion. Due to his incompetent treatment i lost my father. I m not done with him yet. Filed a complaint in medical council and gonna rip off his degree. There is one more culprit Naveen kumar. For money they can stoop to low level. Everyone be careful of this clinic & fake doctors.

I went for gastric and gall bladder stone problem . He initially suggested for USG abdomen when I told him severe stomach pain and it confirmed gallbladder stone.when I consulted for the second time, he is not even listening to me. He is not talking about gallstone problem. He did endoscopy and not allowing me to talk.Very impatient doctor, I have ever met . He is just talking but not allowed me to tell my problem. I felt like Pure business mentality ..
