Mrs. Shankari is so polite and accommodating. My Mother was very nervous when she was operated for the Cataract Surgery for the Left Eye on 28-Nov-2024. Eventually the care and support provided by the Dr. Ravi Dorairaj and his nurses / staffs provided us courage to go with green signal for the Right Eye Cataract Surgery, immediately the next day 29-Nov-2024. After many consultations with Multiple eye hospitals, finally I went to Agarwals eye hospital to consult regarding the refractive surgery. The first visit to the hospital was very pleasant, Ganesh who is in the counselling department helped me with all the tests, scans to make sure that I am an eligible candidate for the Reflex SMILE surgery.
After all the tests, Dr.Sanjana refractive surgeon was also very helpful to tell me the problem with my eyes and confirmed me that I am eligible for surgery.
Here comes the main part of the surgery where it was really a cake walk with all the process explained by Ganesh again. I went in had my surgery and came out. There was no hassle, no confusion and no tension....
Now I am free without glasses.. thanks to Ganesh firstly for the wonderful guidance throughout the whole process. Second Thanks to Dr Sanjana who is the reason to get rid of my glasses.

I had an excellent experience at the eye clinic. Dr. Mohan Raj was extremely efficient in identifying my eye problem and in giving me appropriate advice. All the staff from the reception desk to the concellllors and the optomometrists were efficient, courteous and polite. My only gripe is you should get some dilation drops that work faster :), but that is a very minor issue. The hospital was clean and well lit with clean seating areas. All in all a hospital that gives confidence to the patient. Thank you all.

I got consultation of Dr. Ravi D sir for my mother's cataract surgery and Dr. Mohan Raj sir for retina treatment . They ensured that the surgery for the patient was painless and smooth.

One of the worst places you can go for eye treatment. If you love your eyes stay away. The staff is unprofessional and the doctors only want to make money out of you, they don't care even if you loose your sight. Evil people, evil organisation. Thankfully I consulted different doctors before proceeding with treatment. I'll Not recommend this to anyone.

Facilities are ok but hospital do not have any regards for patients time. Waiting time goes beyond 2 hours just for no reason and clarity. I visited for doctor Mohanraj and had traumatic experience, during visit , waiting time was endless were at the end consultation was for just 10 min.

I visited the hospital on October 29th, 2024 at 3 PM.While the hospital wasn't crowded with only 3-4 patients, I waited over an hour to see a doctor after my initial tests. When I inquired about the delay, it seemed they had forgotten about me. I was then directed to Dr. Mamatha, though I believe I was originally scheduled to see Dr. Smith. This lack of communication and extended wait time were frustrating.
If there are many patients, waiting times are understandable. However, in an almost empty waiting room, this experience was disappointing. I would recommend the hospital improve communication and wait times for future patients.

The doctors are good, at Bannerghatta unit, but they should employ more hands to expedite the process. The long wait for hours, especially at the eye scan counter on the first floor is just killing. The whole day goes off, it seems there is no value of patient's time. Really I appreciated.

Mixed Experience at Dr.Aggarwal Hosital
Dear Dr.Ravi
I recently visited Dr.Aggarwal Eye Hospital and had a mixed experience. While I was impressed with the excellent facilities and the courteous attitude of Mr. Ganesh and the Dr. Ravi &team Doctors, I encountered unacceptable behavior from the front office and pharmacy staff.
Specifically, I found the lady staff members at the front office and pharmacy to be uncooperative, displaying a poor attitude and lacking customer satisfaction skills. Their manner of speaking and responsiveness were particularly disappointing.(Dated on 8th October,2024.).Receptionist using very bad way of language.
I paid hospial bill around 1 lakh.
I kindly request that you address this issue and take positive action to-
1. Provide training on customer service and communication skills.
2. Ensure staff understand the importance of patient satisfaction.
I appreciate the excellent service from Mr. Ganesh and the medical team and hope that the front office and pharmacy staff will follow their exemplary example.

I had a very bad experience with the Bannerghatta branch. All the work such as reading alphabet etc was done by the assistant and it was done before the doctor came. Once the doctor came and i went for consultation, he didn't even care to check if the power written by the assistant is right or wrong.
What is the point of going to a doctor when the work is to be done by assistant who are not even doctor.

Pentaca m scan used in diagnosing certain types of problems, in evaluating a disease's progression, in fitting some types of contact lenses, and in planning surgery.
It's purely a medical scam , you people are there to make money.
In our case we had come for annual/periodic check with no single complent.

Went as a walk in checked with the reception how long it would take,they said approximately 1 hour,I reconfirmed, payed the consultation fee and waited,after 45 mins they called in for refraction though the whole waiting had only 10 people
After 15 more minutes the lady from the reception walked up and asked me to go have lunch in a nearby restaurant and return as it might take another hour or 2
Felt this place is more talk and less work
I walked down the lane to Shekhar netralaya and my consultation was done in 30 mins

EDIT: I have reached them and connected to respective branch. They openly saying that won't accept bookings irrespective of centralized reservation teams confirmation. LOL. Bunch of morons with zero coordination between centralised team and local branches receptions. Don't waste your time with them. They don't even try for basic check on visitors questions and deny upfront.
Unprofessional people at reception. They don't even know on how to respect patients. All they need is money. Better move with any other hospital for a hassle free visit.

I visited this Bannerghatta branch for undergoing YAG Capsulotomy for myself. The gentleman who treated me was tight lipped and not willing to give post treatment advice. The attention and attitude is not patient friendly and I never advise anyone to get the treatment from this gentleman.

I have booked appointment for my mother in law at 4.30pm. When we reached, they prioterise walk in Patient over us almost till 6pm.When I compaint, they took us in at 6.15pm and doctor suggested drop due to cataract issue (45 min to be waited after putting drop).Even after 45 min wait, they were not calling us and pushing other Patients.When it crossed 1 hour, I have complained again and then only they took us in.It was pathetic experience and will not visit again. Also doen't recommend it to anyone.

They have absolutely no concern for patient's time. They will casually say 3 hrs waiting.
Even if they don't say anything, there is easily 1.5-2 hrs of waiting. This is after taking an appointment.
I had an appointment at 5 in the evening. It's 6:15 now and am still at least 15 mins away from seeing the doctor.
If you visit here, be sure to cancel all your plans for the day. Or at least have 3 hrs in hand for simple checkup.
Definitely think a 100 times before coming here if you are in serious trouble and need immediate care.

Very bad experience with this hospital..totally a no to go here.
Even after specifying in appointment about the second opinion to a retina specialist they book it for general optho.
After much discussion and wastage of around half hour they took to Dr.Mohan Rai.,who even knowing that I have laser planned tommorow denied for Dilation stating he do nt let patients enter his chamber after 4 pm for Dilation.
One side, it's a mistake from thr call center for giving a wrong appointment other side the arrogance of Doctor denying for checkup since the dilation might take one hour..and he has further appointments to take up.
Centre head has also agreed tht thr people did mistake but to no help for me with no second opinion of laser planned tommorow.
Don't waste your precious time specially going to this hospital.
Thr is no zero rating else I would have given that.

One of the worst Eye Hospital . Today I visited and due to high crowd they simply skip all the test and direct visit to doctor and doctor also have no clue what’s going on. Simply said come on weekends then what about today fees I have paid. If high walk-in today then don’t accept applications.

The doctors room was stinking of food, seemed like she just finished eating in the clinic, last thing we’d expect an eye clinic to do.
The prescription written was also incomplete as per the pharmacist. Attached as an image for the managment to see. The medicine is given only for 1 day, either the medicine is magic drop or These guys don’t know what they are doing,
