Had my lens came out of the frame for 2 specs. For one of them even the nylon wire was broken.
They fixed both of them within 10 mins without taking a single penny and thoroughly cleaned the glasses as well.

I have so bad experience. i made my blue lance glasses before 4 months ago Rs-2500, I used my glasses very safely then also lots of scratches came on glasses, i come lots of problem , i tried to contact them but the colaba Titan Eyeplus Showroom is close due to lockdown.

Worst frame buying experience ever.
1. Called up with incomplete order ready. This after calling and checking before coming to the store.
2. A frame given lined up for lens replacement now not traceable.
3. Incompetent staff had the audacity to ask for full payment, even when order is not complete. Forget apologizing, the staff threatened I cannot wall out without full payment. The advance was already given.
My last interface with Titan Eye Plus. Would never ever consider this again.

Worst experience in terms of delivery. This will Say that they will deliver at your place but they don't. They will make you frustrated and then you have to go yourself to the shop to get the spectacle. I don't know

Not my best experience in buying prescription eye wear.
~Was recommended Tommy Hilfiger frameless to replace my 5 year old half frame. Frame started giving way within days. Needed repeated visits to fix. Advised to take "better care" since these titanium frames are delicate.
~ Was advised to pick Titan progressive lens. I was on Nova for over three years. Titan lens is a disaster. I dont think it was made to my prescription. Smudges easily. In a couple of months its full of scratches.
~ Overall service at Colaba Titan isn't the best. Have seen better ones in suburbs - in my many trips to fix the frame that keeps giving way.
Update- Within four months, the Titan lens were full of scratches and I couldn’t use them anymore. To be fair on Titan, they offered to replace the lens, but with a request to change this review. I didn’t think it would be ethical on my part and got myself new Nova lens from GKB Opticals Colaba. A much better experience at GKB.

Satisfied with the overall purchase experience, however just wanted to bring up an issue regarding the warranty policy. The discount which we received on the original product, had to be paid back when replacing during the warranty period. This completely nullifies the discount which we had availed during the initial purchase, despite no fault of ours. This only increases customer grievance, and affects future buying from the brand.
