Iam writing to express my deep disappointment and distress regarding the negligence of Ankita Mondal which led to the loss of my 6-month pregnancy. On every appointment I visited Dr. Ankita mondal for a routine check-up. Despite my concerns and symptoms, the doctor failed to provide adequate care and attention, which resulted in the termination of my pregnancy. The lack of proper medical attention and care has caused me and my family immense emotional trauma.

She has became a disgusting professional only...2years ego when I first visited her she was so polite, sensitive and caring personality. On that trust I visited again before some days for my pregnancy... But I wondered that the person has changed completely... 1st of all there is no punctuality of her timming... Patients have to wait minimum 2 hours and more of her given time.. Moreover when I finnally get the chance to visit she was in so hurry that she didn't listen to the problems carefully and told me that make it fast I am in hurry because I have a surgery... My question is if she has a important surgery like this then why have she given schedule to the patients?? Do patients have a endless time to wait??? and the doctor who is taking a good amount of fees doesn't even care to give some time to listen to the patients????And moreover she is not at all available on call...each and every time on emergency situation her assistant pick up the call and reply after hours when she wish to reply... There is no emergency help... And if mistakenly the doctor pick up the call then you will realise by her behaviour that you have made a blunder of the century by calling her...This is really a disgusting experience and I have lost my issue due to this negligence...I will not recommend anyone to visit her...She only cares about money...she doesn't care about patients... May be she can be a gold medalist but she has became a worse doctor and a worse human being I have ever seen...

She is not at all trustworthy and we are a victim of her (may be unwilling) medical negligence in 2023. When the situation is complicated, she is clueless. We lost our first issue in 2023 on 20th week due to her negligence in restarting aspirin. Sometime she is too busy handling volume beyond the capacity and the cost needs to be borne by her patients. Also, she couldn’t identify that the baby was dead inside for 4 weeks. A little more delay could have costed the life of my wife. JUST THINK WHAT KIND OF GYN DOCTOR SHE IS!!! There are many good gynaecologist available in the city, go for them. Definitely dr Ankita is having an excellent marketing team making her ‘best doctor’ on google but her medical skills are pathetic. Because of this generation who believes in online review, she is able to run her business. Unnecessary tests/hormone injection are recommended by her. Note-1 : Why I am writing this review after 1 year? Because we are blessed with a healthy baby this week with another senior female gynaecologist in Bhagirathi Neotia Newtown despite severe complications. Note-2: This note is to her marketing team, I have all the documents and test reports post the issue in order to counter your useless arguments!

Most worst doctor. She don’t have time management skill. For two times we take appointment for suraksha nager bazar. Bt every time she cancel the appointment just 30 mints before. We rent a car for this appointment. And we have to pay the cab fare for no reason. And it’s not a small amount. Strictly don’t recommend.

This Dr is not responsible at all they are here for business only even after pre booking and being on time they say first come first service where there is a option mentioned as clearly pre booking and the receptionist were so pathetic they were not helpful even after asking for the reason for this they cannot say anything

Doesn't listen to main concerns. She is always late and worst gynaecologist in kolkata.

We had a very bad experience with her. First of all she is not punctual, we visited her two times and always we had to wait 1-1:30 hrs more which is highly unprofessional from her end. Infact we recently had online consultation and then agin she was late approx 2 hrs. What a bad example of doctor and I don’t know how she got nice reviews from others, I guess everything is paid reviews. A very big red flag to visit such kinds of doctors. Highly recommended not to visit her.

My wife has consulted online with this doctor due to unavailability of proper medical facilities in my area. After that as per the her prescription my wife has done all the test results and sent to doctor through WhatsApp now she is asking again for consultation charges to review the reports. Since 2 month I am trying to connect. Finally my money has been wasted for online consultation with her. Also you didn't convey the message that if I came with report after 7 to 10 days than again I have to pay consultation charges to review the reports. I don't know where it is written. I have sent the reports first time after consulted online with you. If you want charge to review the reports after online consultation. Then this is a business. Aslo, I am not asking for lifetime review of reports. You have prescribed the test, according to prescription I have tested and sent the reports to you than you asked for money. Also I said many times that due insufficient of medical facilities I have consulted online. I am belonging from very small village so I don't know about the medical rules of Kolkata. Thank you.

I don't about the doctor but her manager's behaviour is too bad. No one should talk with a client like that. All are calling you only for the guidance but your rudely attitude is too disgusting.
