Pathetic experience.... have followed her prescription,works as long as you feed yourself with her prescribed medicines.Invested nearly 20k in 3 months with more than 5 follow-ups.Still struggling with the issue I went to her.

Dr. Viraj initially assured no fees for a follow-up within a week, but after the follow-up, she demanded payment, accusing us of dishonesty. Hygiene standards at the clinic were subpar. The receptionist, tasked with drawing blood, did not sanitize himself, wore no gloves, and multitasked with money and stationary. This raised concerns about safety and professionalism. Dr. Viraj discouraged tests done elsewhere, displaying arrogance in our conversation about my diagnosis and hormone levels. Her refusal to explain medical conditions reflects poorly on her professionalism. In conclusion, Dr. Viraj prioritizes financial gain over patient care and safety. My recommendation is to consider other healthcare options.

Very self centred doctor. Got angry when I asked her to explain my test results. At first consultation she stated that no fees are taken for a follow up within a week however after the follow up she demanded fees and claimed that we were lying. Multiple patients in the waiting area confirmed that no fees are to be taken within a week however she forced us to pay. Doctor told us that if my blood tests and sonography were done in the clinic itself that there would be no follow up fee. I was going to do my tests at the clinic, however it was the receptionist drawing blood! I left before he could. He did not sanitise himself before touching the needles, no gloves were worn. He was handling money, stationary and his phone at the same time as getting ready to draw my blood. What hygine standards are these? He was touching his face the same time as prepping my arm for the blood draw. Is this your protocol? I left after this and did my tests at pulse diagnosis using sterile needles and a trained nurse. Not a receptionist with a cold!! I don’t know why the doctor had an issue that my tests were done elsewhere. Im sorry your clinic didn’t profit but you don’t have the facilities to draw blood nor the staff. Madam Preeti Viraj, you should be ashamed to call yourself a doctor. Are my hormones okay?’ ‘You read it then. Am I here to teach a class? You explain it to me then? I’ll sit and learn from you? agar main har kisee ko sab kuchh samajha doon to yah bahut mushkil ho jaega.’ Is this the way you talk to a patient? With such arrogance and discourtesy? You’re a disgrace to the profession. When a patient wants to understand and know more about their condition and their health, you take the time and explain it. Thats your job!!! If you didnt want to be a doctor, why are you here? For the money?? Right.. that must be it. For the money..
