Very Very Good experience of Dr. Kandarp Bhuva with respect to OPD and IPD. Genuine, honest and reality base medico practice experienced by family. To the point approach in terms of suggestion by Dr. Bhuva as per patient condition. Approx 10 bed facility in Galaxy Hospital but never feel approach for patient admission in hospital, other test and investigations if not necessary. Moreover nature of Dr. and staff: Supporting and Humble during non working hours also.

I live in the USA my health is not good for the last ten-twelve months. I Met the 3 to 4 doctors in the USA, but my health did not improve so I came to India. I was looking for a good doctor in Ahmedabad, by God's mercy, and as if God had sent a doctor, I met Doctor Kandarp Bhai Bhuwa in a lift by accidentally, and after a basic hello conversation, I came to know that he is a doctor, so I told him that I had health issues for the last ten months. I have changed three to four doctors even in America but my health has not improved so I am looking for a good critical care physician Doctor Kandarp Bhai gave me his visiting card and told me to visit his hospital. I went to his hospital the same day, they looked at all my reports and examined me and stopped all the medicines from America and they prescribed me a new medicine. Within two days of medication, my health started to improve and after 15 days all my problems were gone. I am very grateful to Dr. Kandarp bhai whose medicine soon improved my health. Let’s talk about there reception staff “they are very kind the matter is I call the hospital number and ask about the timing of dr kandarp and they ask me that he is available on 2pm then I ask them to call me whenever they reach at hospital then I call the hospital and they ask thet they came at 5pm then I say okay I need medical fitness form on urgent basis for my job interview today I hope this hospital helps me to do it but kindly they didn’t I call dr kandarp personally for avaibality but they already gone and I didn’t receive any call or msg on their side but when I talk to him they say I leave hospital 5 min back so I request to him to stay cuz I want my form very urgent they didn’t listen my single word. with all due respect dr kandarp tone was very harsh for me they don’t talk properly with me for me this is my worst experience at any hospital I am not owe anything to him that they talk with me like that I am ready to Pay all the fees they charge so it’s not right to talk with your patient like that

મારા અનુભવ પ્રમાણે બહુ અભિમાની બકવસો કરી ટાઇમ બગાડવા વાળા ડૉક્ટર છે એમની પાસે treatment કરવો તો એમના દવાખાનામાં થીજ દવા મળસે બાકી બહાર દવા નહી મળે અને જો તમે ડોક્ટર ને ડાયરેક્ટ ફોન કરીને દવા વિશે પૂછશો તો જવાબ પણ નહી આપે કહેશે કે દવાખાનામાં આવો ત્યારે બધું પૂછી લેવું કારણ વગર ફોન કરવો નહિ અને રાત્રે એમનાં હોસ્પિટલ માં મેડિસન લેવા તાત્કાલિક જઈએ તો એમનો સ્ટાફ જવાબ આપશે મેડીકલ બંધ છે કાલે આવીને મેડિસન લઈ લેજો આવા હોસ્પિટલ ના નાના ડોક્ટર ને બતાવુ આના કરતાં નાના હોસ્પિટલ ના મોટા ડોક્ટર ને બતાવુ સારું.
