What a scam in the name of a Hospital. Took my mother for a Pus in the eyelid. The doc prescribed Antibiotics and other medicines that were not available at a single Pharmacy throughout HSR. Such local meds that only can be bought at his own pharmacy. Ok, no problem, we bought the meds and followed the treatment. After the treatment the Pus got hardened and we visited the doc for what to so next. He said, Ohhh, it needs to be surgically removed as there is no other option. Small 5 min surgery and 5000/- buck for it. My mother was ready to get operated, but I smelled something fishy with his approach. Went for 2nd opinion to Vasan who prescribed a change in Antibiotic and 3 days later Pus was dissolved. I call it a scam because this hospital uses methods to fish money out of the uninformed patients. First with absolutely local meds and then recommendation of a surgery that was absolutely not needed. Beware of this scamster

All show off. They don't have sufficient patients and they show and there reception staff gathers all patients crowd just to show the people. Time consuming hospital just for small issues with and irresponsible staffs. Very disappointed. Idiotic staffs. Pathetic service. Doctors and Staffs it's lesson for you " your bread butter comes from patients and try to be empathetic with them". There are multiple eye hospital available. Stop doing cheap medical business. As per my point of view staff here are just waiting for patients to enroll for consultation and make them waiting for multiple hours and they are expert in making false commitments. Just for a regular eye check up they made wait for more than 2 hours with some lame reason that eyes are not diluted, this is just because I raised my voice for not giving proper info on the availability of Dr.Pramod Kumar. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR BETTER CLINIC.I DONT WANT TO MARKET ANY THOUGH.

I came here with my dad for for his cateract surgery via pristine care today at 1 pm. The first thing they ask you is to make the payment so I paid it with my card. Then we had to wait for 2 hours without food for the surgery(my dad is 70+ and diabetic). When enquired, the reception guy rudely told us that it's none of his business as we have to contact pristine care. However we waited patiently and finally when the doctor arrived, they took my dad for the surgery after 20 mins. While the surgery was being done, there was a minor fire accident inside the operation theatre. Fortunately, my dad was unharmed and the surgery was over. Overall, i would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Me n my frd went for eye checkup, there motive is to how much customer they can attend, Doctor is not ready to answer question as well , he just blame about spectacle , not worth to go.. just waste of money

Fake hospital and they ask that they will give discount when someone leave positive reviews , also doctor has no knowledge, they charge high fees than Fortis , better visit Fortis

This doctor is seriously uncivilized and insensitive towards people/patients.Firstly they don't disclose the OPD records , if you happen to take a picture of it in front of the doctor (just for our future reference ) he became so offensive and foul mouthed .I have never seen such a doctor he is definitely not service oriented nor has any manners to talk . Absolutely horrifying to see such doctors ,who want you to keep coming to them and not visit else where . They think the patients opd records belong to them and closely guard it ,they just share the current readings and ask to purchase glasses. Will never visit this place ever again.Any information regarding patients condition or spectacles readings before and after has to be shared as they charge the fees for the same. There are many other clinics which share all the details upfront so that we can maintain our records . Never seen anything like this.

Greed, mismanagement and pure evil I went to this clinic for my mother's cataract surgery with a cashless insurance. These guys forced me to pay the full amount despite being a cashless hospitalisation and assured it will be refunded .After getting the claim amount from insurance company, they returned only 1/6th of the actual amount. NOT RECOMMENDED !! Please goto a better hospital. Also, worst management. The staff has no clue what is happening at the hospital. They give the same reply to whatever you ask them - "Saar is out of station".

We went to get a regular eye check-up. Optometrists gave the wrong prescription despite having to come twice. There is usually a long line, but they are also not maintaining patients properly. We had to ask for the doctor a couple of times during the process. When we asked the in-house spectacle shop salesperson for advice on lenses, they were very rude - not only did they simply state that they would be unable to help understand the power/type of lens we currently had but also refused to provide proper information on their own offerings. The only good point was that the consultation fee was reasonable. But overall, we had to incur a very large loss (post ordering spectacles and contacts) due to incorrect power. Please provide proper services for walk-in appointments as well. There is no point in having a highly rated service and then treating new patients this way.

Despite booking slots and arriving promptly, the reception staff tends to make patients wait. Unfortunately, they do not accept Practo app bookings, requiring patients to call for appointments. Upon reaching the clinic, excuses such as the doctor being in the operating room or facing emergencies are provided. There have been instances where the reception staff seemed unaware of pre-booking calls. Furthermore, the reception team lacks efficiency in managing appointments, often leaving patients uninformed about the doctor's availability. This results in wasted time and lengthy waits, especially after navigating through traffic to reach the clinic. It is recommended that Dr. Vinay Patil addresses and rectifies this issue by providing training to the booking staff on effective appointment handling. It is crucial for the staff to inform patients promptly if the doctor is unavailable. Respecting the valuable time of others is essential, as my recent experience was disappointing and resulted in a wasted day due to the lack of coordination at the clinic.

No proper response at reception after standing there for sometime. Also they don’t give any appointments, just ask you to come within certain timeframe. Denied service for my 5 year girl saying it will take 45 min after putting eye drops so it will be late, and asked to come on a weekday. Inexperienced staff at reception. The nurse herself does work of receptionist. She was so busy explaining the medication to patients, doesn’t even notice any new patients waiting. Overall bad experience

Clinic review- one of the worst clinic just advertisement is good, receptionist, Blood sample collections, even Dr is not response properly he will always in hurry counting number of patient to make money and just giving fake smile. Dr vinay review- He may be a good opthalmologitic, treatment done by him was good, only problem is in consultant was not proper he will not explain you properly he is rude and don't list-ion you. after taking advance money also he will make you to wait if you don't follow up money gone and another thing corporate insurance are always proper and process don't take much time if you process properly.they use theirs phone number instead patient so that they can cheat because you won't get any message and they say your limits are over or your insurance have capping simply if you don't have I don't know Dr is educated but why he is doing this My mistake That I went through Practo thinking this charatable type of private hospital may be good but no not up to the mark.

** BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE** Went for eye sore problem on 23rd sept 2023. Dr.Vinay Patil prescribed a small procedure and asked to come today (25th sept 2023 monday) 5pm. He is in such a hurry that he dont want to answer questions and directed to reception for further questions. Reception was a bunch careless people. When asked for confirmation of procedure they told they will call and confirm. So we had to return home. Waited till 3pm on monday no call has come. When we called the hospital they asked to walk in any time. So we dropped in by 4.45 and they dont have any clue why we came. We had to remind them entire story and they tried to contact the doctor and casually replied to us saying these type of procedures will be handled around 7pm. What the hell you guys were doing when doctor himself said 5pm and when we called you for confirmation of the time. They then asked sir did you come from far. So if people are near by are you guys expecting to stay in the hospital waiting for the so called DOCTOR. Neither Vinay Patil nor hospital staff doesnt care or respect the time of others. Obviously Doctor did not respond to their call. They came back and said sir can you come again at 7pm. They dont have even a diary on how their schedule is planned or what surgeries/procedures are planned for a day. Bunch of jokers and a very bad experience. They dont give appointments. Always its a walkin and crowded.

Completely useless staff. Even heard first time some hospital saying it is our policy that we dont share OPD checkup report so skipped surgery at such place. Best to visit Narayana Nethrayala they explain everything very clearly about lens and all. And have great supportive staff.

A Troubling Glimpse into a Dark Eye Clinic’s Practices Two days ago, my wife and I visited this eye clinic, lured in by its low consultation fee. The disappointing reality, however, was a maze of overpriced medications and indecipherable prescriptions. Our initial consultation was conducted smoothly enough. The doctor identified the issue - dead skin causing redness and irritation in my wife’s eyes. But alarmingly, he neglected to inform us of the infectious nature of her condition, a significant oversight with severe implications. Subtly yet persistently, the doctor nudged us towards purchasing medication from the in-house pharmacy. It was there that we encountered the shock of exorbitant prices, with eye drops priced at 900 rupees and ointments for 1000 rupees. Opting to purchase elsewhere, we soon discovered that the cryptic nature of the prescription left us helpless at other medical stores. Our predicament escalated when I too contracted the infection. A subsequent visit to another doctor shed light on a potential deceit - my vision would blur after two weeks of medication use. Fittingly, our initial doctor had scheduled a follow-up visit right around that time, strongly suggesting we purchase eyeglasses from him. The manipulation and lack of transparency are chilling. And while the flood of positive reviews may seem contradictory, it’s worth noting the existence of agencies that manufacture such endorsements. This eye clinic, with its twisted business practices, paints a dark picture. If you value your health and hard-earned money, I urge you to look elsewhere for your optical care.

one of the worst eye Hospital, Dr Vinay act a service agent role and just working for money he need first money and then treatment, they have outsource worst insurance service and lens cost is high which they will not show to you which type of pence actually used , receptions are worst not understanding your need lots of improve t needed. Dr is flying when you ask any question since looking a fake review patient visit to him so he do not care about other patties even for 200 als he will cry Dr vinay is doing marketing not treatment. I will not recommend at all.

One of the worst place. Never visit this place. When call for appointment at 12:30PM, reception saying doctor will go for lunch. Who goes for lunch at 12:30PM that too on Saturday. Very pathetic service and specially doctor who doesn’t care of the patient. Please strictly avoid visiting this place.

Even if the doctor is a god's incarnation, he won't have rights to waste people time like they do here. Incompetent staff. Lethargic treatment. No clarity in explanation of issues. You have to have patience in abundance to visit here.

The worst place to visit. I suggest you save your time and money and go elsewhere. They first give wrong readings and wrongly diagnose, then place an order for lens without your consent, and they put the blame on you when you confront them. Don’t be fooled by their positive reviews. Please do your research before visiting this scam place. My mother was wrongly diagnosed saying she has cataract, which was proved to be false after seeking second opinion from reputed hospital. Kindly stay away from this scam place.

Went for a cataract surgery of my aunt, these guys are not transparent with paperwork. The doctor acts funny but is greedy. Overall 1/5

Commercialized doctor and Hospital.......my 6 year old son was wrongly diagonised saying that he is having allergy and treated with some anti allergic ,antibiotic and lubricant eye drops, even though the usage of those drops for 20 days we didnot see any improvement and again went for consultation vth same doctor, they again checked and said there is some + power and asked us to continue same drops for 3 more days and saying that we cannot treat morethan this...and asked us to come after 3 days...which is so irresponsible response from doctor . Then we took 2nd opinion from another opthamologist from a reputed hospital ,she said that there is no power nothing everything is good and prescribed just a oral syrup which cured him with in 2 days....🙏

Docs and check up is fine. They bill meds on MRP. Get checked up but get the meds from somewhere else
