We visited this clinic yesterday for a consultation at 6:30 PM. Before coming, we called the clinic, and the receptionist gave us a time slot, so it's not like we just walked in. However, when we arrived, she told us there were three patients ahead of us, and we needed to wait.
We ended up waiting for one and a half hours, while she kept sending in 10 other people before us. On top of that, the receptionist was very rude, which made the experience even worse.
We traveled almost 11 km just to consult the doctor, only to face poor management and unprofessional behavior. This clinic seriously needs to improve its appointment system and train its staff to be more respectful. Very disappointing experience!
