They sale Poor quality of spectacles. Glass and nose pad loosen out from frame within usage of a week. Store did not resolve problem even after a month. Not trustworthy. For Titan eye plus i can say in Gujarati, "નામ મોટા અને દર્શન ખોટા".

Poor home delivery service,the Manager asks us to book a porter to get our spectacles collected. The store has 3 salespersons but none was present at 11:20 AM in the morning.

They have a good collection of eye glasses. However, the staff is not completely honest. They committed to send the glasses at home but they did not. When we called, they said they were ready but when we visited, the order was not fully ready. They also mentioned incorrect rates for the contact lenses. My experience has been pathetic with this branch of Titan Eyeplus.
