If you want the best maternity care- Cloud9 would be your best choice. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by cloud9 Banjarahills during my 9 months of pregnancy. My consultant was the amazing Dr. Girija Lakshmi - she made me feel comfortable, confident and was really supportive during my delivery. The nurses are the asset of this hospital - very prompt, helpful and compassionate. They took care of every little thing during my stay after delivery. I am so grateful to the nursing staff who help me so much through this time. The other services are great. Yes, the bills are on the expensive side but it’s worth every penny and ensures the mother and child are healthy!

I had a very pleasant experience in cloud nine . The medical staff was caring and friendly, and they treated me with kindness and respect. I was very comfortable during my scan and all . The doctors were professional and answered all of my questions patiently, which helped ease any concerns I had The facility was clean and well-maintained, Although there was a bit of a wait, the overall care and attention I received made up for it. I want say thanks to Dr Maljini very support throughout the journey explained everything in details no unnecessary tests, we were unsure about normal delivery because of some complications but still she had confidence and did nomal delivery. We were consulting Dr maljini for my wife (pregnant) We went for C section as normal delivery is not having due to some reasons , so we choose good date for C section , this money minded commercial hospital which want to make money out of people sentiments want me to pay half of birth package because we chose when C section should happen it's called muhoortha charges it seems , can you guys understand how unreasonable half of the package means ??? Which they told me in the last minute after we decided for C section just before 3 days , I paid advance also for birth package before it self They are just looting money want to make as much as money from people sentiments, not sure how much they have looted if delivery was done here. I had to change hospital literally before 2 days of delivery because of this unreasonable charges I never thought cloud nine is this kind of looting hospital , I just experienced what's movies show about corporate hospitals. And also doctor maljini is going on leave in the surgery and she did not inform also , we got to know while reception people are saying to some one . Literally very bad experience. Delivery is not a small thing every one lives for their children , I made a mistake choosing this hospital. I suggest any one to avoid this hospital completely.

Got my mother’s vaginal hysterectomy done by doctor Venkat who was suggested to us by Doctor Maljini whom we highly trusted. Post surgery, we were not even given a hot water bag by the nurses when my mother was suffering with pain. The nurses were extremely callous. Post operation, my mother was still not feeling well.. we could not get an appointment with the doctor who conducted the surgery Dr. Venkat. When asked for an appointment he said he was busy. And he calls up at morning 6:30am and asks us to get the patient by 7am. Post operative services are bad. Pathetic. All they care about is money. They have no concern about a persons life. All the concern and kindness vanishes once we make the payment. It’s been a very painful, stressful and a horrible experience for us.

Be aware and double check about the home service for ear piercing as they accept it first and deny it later, exactly the day before you need it and keep you under extreme pressure .

Before Cloudnine, birthplace was excellent with good care for mother and child but now the staff has been changed & we have to call the nurses using a bell all the time & they will take lot of time to come & check us but before there was no bell nothing & nurses use to note the time when they enter the room & according to that all the nurses use to take care of mother and baby for every 2hrs but now there is no proper response & care & also they have increased the price & it’s waste of money, no proper care from nurses

I am posting after almost 20 months of my delivery, everything before the delivery was amazing, when the delivery time came it was a nightmare , I had the worst experience with Dr Girija, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her, she ruptured my membrane 1 week before my delivery time, I started bleeding the next day And they forcefully admitted me the next day for delivery , they induced me 4 times, I was not dilated but they kept inducing me; and forcefully did delivery cutting me and using forceps, my baby was not even in the position to come out , it was really bad I hope no one goes through it but after delivery care the nurses were amazing, took really good care..

LOOTERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! WORST ADMINISTRATION!!! Worst Experience at The Birthplace!! Regretting now after continuous association with the Hospital. We as parents with the extreme good experience referred The Birthplace to number of our friends and colleagues for Deliveries and Pediatric consultantations. But today it turned down totally and disappointed. We came for Pediatric consultation 2days back and we were charged ₹900 for consultation(which includes Administration charges and Doctor consultation). Doctor prescribed for Tests and no Medication was given, we got results today(inhouse lab though) we went to Hospital to show the test results. As per their terms within 5 days we can have a review with Doctor for ZERO charge. But today the staff stopped us and demanded for ADMINISTRATION CHARGES again. I clearly stated that in my first visit no medication was given and we are here to show test results and get medication today which is as per terms. They are not in a position to understand the situation, just kept on demanded for ADMINISTRATION CHARGES!!! Any Hospital has a policy of review after consultation as per their limited time/days for ZERO charge. And here comes the new term called as ADMINISTRATION CHARGES to loot people. The billing staff is very much interested in collecting these charges than the reputation and goodwill of the Hospital. This is the place now a days people are getting cheated on The name of ADMINISTRATION CHARGES. How far it is FAIR TO COLLECT ADMINISTRATION CHARGES for a REVIEW???????????????????? WHICH WE ALREADY PAID FOR CONSULTATION. Not going to recommend this place anymore!!! With Big Regrets!!

I had an appointment at 10.30 today. Please find attached snapshot. I get confirmation call if I was coming. I confirmed and travelled all the way from BHEL. After reaching, the front desk person Hussein said that doctor is still not in and would check. Little later he says doctor is in emergency and have no time confirmation from the doctor about today’s availability. Such an unprofessional and very disappointing experience. Watch out, brand does not speak for itself unless the people behave to its standards

The doctors are great but the staff isn't. Don't ever go ahead with online consultation. They will get the payment through and keep postponing the appointment. Mine was an urgent case and they have postponed four time without any sight of it happening any time soom. They keep saying doctor is in OT. One executive told me the doctor is always available on call and doesn't come to the hospital. They seem to be contradicting their own words. I would have gbe ahead with any other doctor since I needed to consult a physician ASAP but they kept me hanging after receiving the payment

Hi myself, Suresh, my wife was taken the fertility treatment. This hospital. Five months back, first IUI IS failed. Second IVF failed, Dr Pooja Reddy. She was done this all treatment and first thing she always speak negative words only with a patient. She never speak positive words…and one more woman miss Vasantha. She always show her attitude with a patient. She never spoke with a good way to patients and, she need only money…. I can’t blame this hospital because hospital, other staff and involvement. Everything was good, but only two things that Pooja Reddy and Vasantha madam,,,,,every women suffer many things in backend, but they are not getting the money for freeway like you people are getting so they will trust you. They will treat you like a Dr‘S are God pls give the treatment a proper way and speak with the patient positive words, you people are also ladies, so yeah woman emotionally how they suffer. You people maybe doesn’t know,at least just show your mother sentiment. How it is. You people are like a behaving hell, I cannot say words also. You people are do many tests for women. It is not a correct way and previous any miscarriages. Anything was happen. You people can do nothing will happen. Please avoid Dr. Girija Lakshmi and The Birth Place (Cloud nine) Hospital if you can. We are from Bangalore and we are looking for VBAC (normal Delivery after C-section) for my wife's second delivery. We came to know about Dr. Girija lakshmi from the relatives. So we visited her to know about the possibility of VBAC. She checked my wife and promised us to do normal Delivery. By then, we were regularly visiting her from 5th month. The main highlight is , Her words are so Sweet and Nice that, the way we believed her in such a way that we relocated from Bangalore to Hyd by taking a temporary rental house during my wife's 5th month pregnancy. Finally its 9th month, we were on the same hope that , it is going to be VBAC. we went for the 9th month scan where they said the uterus SCAR thickness is very low so uterus definitely rupture if we try for VBAC and "It will be RISK for both Mom and Baby" (the Magical Phrase usually quoted by Doctors) . So she forced us to go for C-section. My wife wants to go for VBAC only, as she put lot of hope and effort(Prenatal yoga also) to deliver a baby normally. Its almost mid of the 9th month baby weight was 3kg. We visited KIMS cuddles Dr Shilpi Reddy Madam for second opinion. There we came to know that the Scar thickness data is wrongly quoted just to force us to go for C-section. Dr Shilpi reddy Madam asked us to admit as it is very late. So we admitted in KIMS immediately and with in 24 hours my wife delivered a healthy Baby Normally. Both Mom and Baby are healthy. "Generally we believe Doctors, and we believe that doctor as a God. See what kind of God we have."

When valet service is not available. Security person is not supportive with visitors at emergency conditions. This is very important at emergency situations please consider this request

Cloudnine management gives me the worst experience. It's give me no pleasure to declare this but I had to speak out that the management of cloudnine has turned completely commercial and doesn't care about patient services, the staff is not responsive enough and also the hidden charges added during the billing process is very high

It was the worst experience to visit this hospital and Cloud nine staff are dumb heads, uneducated and they are just not fit for the kind of Job they are appointed for. Swathi Cloudnine staff is absolutely dumb has mo clue sitting at the reception as to what she is there for. Dr Laharika at the Birthplace hospitals shows available today until 1 and then creates a scene that she is held in emergency and asks the patient to consult the duty doctor. After all why will she come when there is only one customer waiting …

Waited for ear piercing service since 3 hrs yet there was no response from the team ...very disappointing and would not recommend it to anyone Please think twice before booking for ear piercing service from cloud nine

The experience I had with Cloudnine has been pathetic. There were too many mosquitoes 🦟 in the whole building (if you need free dengue or chikungunya). The staff was holding mosquito rackets to kill them all the time. Horrible experience. Above that, the doctor I consulted wasn’t friendly or empathetic and wasn’t understanding anything about the pregnant patient. First questions doctor asked was what me and my husband do. Patient profiling - to charge as per that. I’m not a software but still, the doctor mentioned I’m a software on the file. No understanding of the patients and it felt like they’re for only commercial purpose. I really wish the doctor was kind and empathetic while dealing. For Double marker blood test, I wanted a nurse to draw the blood, but there was no nurse and they said they’re on lunch break. They sent an untrained girl who isn’t even a nurse and did not wear the uniform like the nurses and she wore a burqa. She used a very big need to draw blood from the vein and she couldn’t draw the blood and i told her it’s not correct needle she is using. She kept on poking the big needle into the vein so hard and it was utterly painful. I told her more than three times that she’s doing it wrong and it’s not the first time for me getting a blood test done. She still ignored everything and pinned it so hard into the vein that I couldn’t bear the pain at all and I literally was in tears and then she stopped. The nurse then immediately came and apologised and said it’s the wrong needle and then withdrew blood with the right needle. It was such a painful experience. Apart from that, the team took ages to send the reports. No matter how many calls or emails, they weren’t sending the reports immediately. Had to constantly follow up. There is a lot to improve at the hospital and I would never visit Cloudnine ever again. Had the most painful, pathetic, horrible experience. It’s purely commercial. Please go to some other hospital where they take care of the patients.

We used to these guys for ear piercing. They gave false expectations for pain during ear piercing. Basically they give some anesthesia for numbing but that had no effect, baby cried as if she didn't have any anesthesia. Another issue was one ear they messed up, the piercing is not centered like the other ear. We were busy handling the baby after her first ear pain and these guys didn't do their job piercing in middle. We paid 3 times other places charge so I can be at peace but that doesn't always help. Maybe they are good but I am setting expectation on anesthesia and your attention on nurse when punching hole.

The first time when I consulted during 2016, it was undoubtedly the best maternity hospital in the city. The doctors and all the staff then provided the best of the services. It felt so pampered and protected. But now I feel it’s one of the worst hospitals to even visit for a mere consultation. Everything’s got so commercial. It’s all about just money. Appointments are not at all handled well. The billing guys are just there to manipulate the bills and the packages.
