Very poor customer service. They say the shop opens at 10.30 am. We went to collect our spectacles (after receiving the message that it is ready) at 11 am, but the person says that we need 20 mins to open the store. In the retail sector basic discipline is needed. Thanks to their indiscipline, we now have to come another time (in covid) and incur additional cost to pick up what should have been ready.

1) while buying they say there is warranty and when v v go for repair they say unlikely it will get repaired. People working in this branch aren't bothered about the customer service. 8:30 pm when v went to collect our spectacles they said system is closed, v can't give u ur specks though they are ready. , inspite of the workers sitting ideal there.
V v poor service !! Really disappointed.
2) whenever v go for spectacle repair purpose their first answer was always a "NO" to repair!

The Glasses got stain marks within 2 years of purchase and i had purchased glasses of premium quality with add on coatings.
Have raised complaint and have been following up since a month however the store won't even repond to emails.
Customer service is terrible.

First of all, staff is too much careless. They dont do their responsibilities in proper way. In morning 2 tyms i visited shop, but staff was not present. One of housekeeping person told, staff will come nar 11.30 or 12 pm. As they called me for collection at 10.30 am.
Might not recommend it to friends or family. Didi not expect this from titan. Local optician would have been better option

Worst services we have ever experienced from Tata's. First of all, sales girl insisted to make full (as against 75%) payment in advance else delivery gets affected. Instead of delivery within 7 days, even after 15 days, I am yet to receive the glasses.

Terrible store executives, landline doesn't work, doesn't give any update on purchased product. Gave wrong prescription at 1st then again had to take prescription. Might not recommend it to friends or family. Didi not expect this from titan. Local optician would have been better option.

Had a really Bad experience with titan eye plus at sion.Being a loyal customer preffered to go there... but they do not see all the report and quote and after payment they call for extra money citing some reasons..once again after visiting they negotiated and said we will get u the said frame and lenses. . after leaving they again called and told wr cannot process the order... for refund also they want all the deatils since it was a card payment. .. had to visit three times for one unsuccessful order... wint recommed anyone to them anymore....disappointed.
