I love the way the guys deal with the customers....today when I visited , there were two guys... excellent service knowledge they have. Two years back I purchased a spectacle from the store. Wow experience at Titan eyeplus andheri star bazaar ..my father's spectacle got broke recently and I was confused what to do??
Then I searched near by location in andheri,I called up Titan eyeplus andheri star bazaar and explained my queries Ashwin said that don't worry we will visit to your home for doing an eyetest..After giving them time confirmation Mr.Ashwin & Munna Lal personally visited to my place and brought some frames..my father chosen a frame and given an order for spectacle.i m very much happy the way they have understood my query and explained the after sales service is absolutely free..it was wow experience for me because nobody gives free services..This is brand Tata..And I would personally thanx Mr.Ashwin for great service when I was stuck and don't know what to do and Ashwin helped me as a saviour..Keep doing Good work Ashwin And I personally very much impressed with home eyetesting concept where we cannot go out and Titan provide services at door step...Great job Mr.Ashwin Kadam
