Our experience at the hospital has been excellent, thanks to the well-maintained facilities, efficient staff, and patient-friendly environment. From the moment we arrived, the hospital staff was courteous, professional, and highly organized, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are commendable, making it a safe and comfortable place for children and their families.
A special mention goes to Dr. K. Kalyan, who is truly a top choice for parents looking for a skilled and compassionate pediatrician to manage their child's allergies. His expertise in diagnosing and treating pediatric allergies is remarkable. He listens patiently, explains medical conditions in simple terms, and provides well-structured treatment plans that prioritize the child's well-being. His kind and approachable nature make children feel at ease during consultations, and his commitment to follow-up care ensures effective long-term management.
Overall, both the hospital and Dr. K. Kalyan have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hospital for pediatric care, especially for children with allergies, as they provide excellent medical attention and a supportive healthcare environment.

I brought my son to the emergency services, and the service there was satisfactory. However, once a room was allotted, the following issues were observed:
1. The beds and sheets were unhygienic.
2. The washroom lacked basic necessities like tissues and hand wash, despite informing the staff three times.
3. A toilet measuring mug was present in the washroom, but there was no indication of its intended purpose, leading to its misuse by people unaware of its function.
4. A dusty table fan was provided in the room. Although we requested cleaning, it was done inside the room, which was inconvenient.
5. During discharge, the staff did not bother to explain the discharge summary.
6. The nurses displayed a lack of professionalism.
This experience raises concerns about the quality and standard of care in the facility.

Just because of best doctor whom we trust I am going to this hospital, rest everything is very bad in terms of nursing billing facilities everything. Un trained nurses for 3 months old baby they used 20 needles to pull blood for blood test and for injecting anti biotic, worst thing in billing- room for twin sharing they say 4400 and for insurance cash less claim they say 5000 looting our insured amount and also asking us to pay extra for every thing. Some times we have to choose other best doctors instead of this sort of hospital. Discharge summary my child is 4 months old and they gave as 5 years 2 months old.

For middle class people it won't affordable. People are collecting money for dengue fever alone for 3 days 73000 rs how high it was.
1. For doctor visit 2200rs what is that prices and all and even though they didn't came on Sunday. And we asked the same but they told on phone conversation with some other nurse doctor they did. Simply it is a money making hospital only.
2. Insurance also they didn't give fully 15000 loss for me not 5000 or 6000 it is very big difference and lot of losses.
And ofcourse on Sunday it was OK with reports but still insisted you will continue for tomorrow as there are no doctors available and he said to know what is that. Whether they are paying for extra hours or day such a money minded people.
3. Nurses behaviour also not good they are forcibly pumping saline injection because of after a long back it was stopped so that blood was clotted so it needs that pumping but MG daughter felt pain and it was swelling after some time. Such a rude behaviour of them.
4. Still I have paid 73000 also they didn't discharge my daughter in healthy condition and still they have ask us to continue for 4 days for antibiotic addition which was again chargeable. See they are interested in only taking money they didn't do any service for free.
And that too emergency services are crowded and so much time it will take to get a bed and their services all are dirty and unhygienic in emergency because of crowded people. If crowded they have to clean na but they didn't do anything and mosquitoes over there.
So my view is if any middle class people please think while you are going if rich people they don't have any problem only for us it is not affordable.

Worst experience - Bad care and service. Did not feel safe
We went on some emergency during night around at 10 PM and to just give one injection for 2 mins they made my pregnant wife to sit for 30 mins where there were 3 nurses and one doctor who are attending only one patient.
And the staff is very inexperienced where they did not even know how to give IV. After the IV there is a bit skill peel off (that is how they take care) and they did not even mind to put a band aid which i did by myself going to pharmacy.
Worst care. Cant take risk going there for pregnancy care.
We even spoke to MOD at the same time waiting for more than 30 mins who informed us that their admin unit head who is Vivek will call us back to address our concern. But he did not even mind to call back.

We have recently visited Dr Srinivas Jakka in Ankura Hospital Kukatpally branch. It was on Saturday and damn crowded, which is understandable. My son has eczema symptoms and we are unable identify what and how it was triggered, because it was all of a sudden. After watching his videos on YouTube, I thought we would get some expert advice if we met him directly.
To our surprise, before we even explained the condition he started diagnosing with a already printed check list and concluded he has asthma and asked to use the same medication that we are following. Later I had to explain that we came for the eczema issue and he said he was busy and asked us to visit another Ankura branch in madinaguda on Tuesday.
We went on Tuesday and he started to explain the same thing on how to use medicine which we already have. He kept on suggesting to watch videos on YouTube for more details. Every patient is different and if everything can be treated by watching videos, then there is a lot of material online and no need for hospitals.
The only thing that we received is how to use medicine in an order which we are already following and that can be explained by any certified chemist as well. After keeping a lot of hopes it was an utterly awful experience.
A big waste of hospital charges and most importantly time and travel.
One positive is, hospital support staff is really good starting from reception to attendant.

Please never get admitted in this hospital. They loot like anything. You will not understand what you are discussed before admitting and what is the final output of the bill. They will suggest hell lot of tests for no reason and finally it will reflect in your bill and you will realise the purpose. For Inpatient they will go for cross consultation for one or other reason and charge you 3-4 k per consultation. If you have the insurance, then with that reason you will understand go more tests. Beware before you admit your family.
Mahesh Reddy
Worst experience with Ankura Madhinaguda Branch.
They only concentrated on how to loot money. After Insurance amount also you would end up paying huge money. That will reflect for surgicals and other consumables. My better suggestion be clear before you admit in the hospital...
Nagamalleswararao Yaramasu
Nurses service is worst in the first floor and they don't care who shifted from ICU to room. I wouldn't recommend this hospital.
Ramakanth Balina
Useless n fraud management. I Visited doctor and had some discussion about my kid with doctor ..upon review time within 7 days doctor went on leave but hospital said free review can be availed from another doctor though history of kid is with original doctor.. hospital said they charge fresh consultation again once the free consultation time is over but it is not my problem as doctor is on festival vacation this seems hospital is fraud n looting money. Please don't go to this hospital as they look only money making from public but they are least interested for kids health.
Siripurapu Mohini
The worst service. They are given priority for billing only. They are not concern with patients. If consern doctor on leave no one care about patient and even though concern doctor also not available in WhatsApp or phone calls regarding the patient reports feedback. But, for doing tests they charged high cost. Not provided reports through whatsapp or mail. After doing phone calls and asking they will provide. Even though after getting reports corresponding doctor on leave for 8days and not available in WhatsApp or mail or phone calls by staff regarding patient report feedback. But, in touch with same staff for personal usage.

The whole system of hospital is not good they use first come first serve policy even after scheduling the time it is private organised hospital or unorganised hospital and they make us wait for 3 hours to start a scan horrible experience never recommend this hospital scanning department is like harrasment being pregnant and suffering in the hospital. I extremely recommend to this review on serious note and try change the system

Admin and support staff is low quality, not trained will and not synchronised . We sat there half day just to understand some details. Prompt coordination and education in the staff is missing. Avoid this hospital if possible. Fernendez gave a great experience in terms of quick response in admin steps and coordination between teams
Jyoti Tharakesh
Is this a hospital or Disney land ? The entry ticket / consultation fee is 800 INR insanely. what good they are giving, doing to middle class people. Emotional business has become exponentially grown in Hyderabad hospitals and now Ankura joined into the same scam like Rainbow. How do you know the doctor is really genuine or youtube doctor. Like these recent incidents in Rainbow and Fernandes. 800 is unbelievable!!! These health ministers, cine actors, celebrities and hypermental influencers, no one ever tried talk about these prices. Apollo is another worst of its kind. Besides paying huge taxes, these govt and hospitals looting us to the single rupee saving we have. Great People, Great Country

Blood samples taken morning approximately 8:00 AM and got report at evening 6:30 PM, very good service and very quick response.
If anyone wants to go as emergency, then you can decide I will not recommend.

On July 12th we visited Ankara hospital on emergency basis as my situation is bad .. Doctor recommended for X-ray to pay X-ray bill I went to reception at 9:05am at that time 10 members are their at reception no one is bothered about customer everyone talking them self just for single X-ray payment they done 20 minutes.. talking each other laughing and each person is telling next person will give I went to next person then they are telling next person will assist. One person is telling no papers in printer . One person is telling you keep papers another person is telling iam busy u keep. Such worst front office .. it’s reputed Hospital reception is the main contact and first experience for guest if reception is only in worst situation how can a guest be happy.. first thing as per hospitality in reception not more than 3 people.. when 10 people are standing guest are getting confused to who we can contact . And all are escaping from their works … we’re much disappointed.. not only me infront of me another 2 guest also faced same issues…

Worst Management
If you are going for Ultra sound Scan you have to wait for 5-6 Hours no proper arrangement and known persons will go in 10mins and unknown or new patients will go 5-6 Hours only
Doctors are good
Need improvement in Reception and Ultra sound scan queue

I have admited my son for fever and they have charged more and they just given title like "medicins and consumables" and "others", when i ask for the details, the floor manager was very rude to answer me. very dispointed with management.

Hi Ankura Hospital Management, I want to tell you the fact what I faced in your hospital, I came hospital to consult doctor in planning of my 2nd baby. Doctor suggested to do some test to understand the health condition of the patient, we did it as per doctor prescription, we gave samples on Saturday and came to consult doctor after report generation on Tuesday unfortunately till Tuesday the report was not generated and saying staff reckless answers to the patient. Do you guys thinks is the way to respond to the patient and simple saying that software problem we are not able to generate the reports past 2 days it is also a dramatic answer to the patient. How the hospital should be more vigilant in generating the patient reports and on time support. You guys are focusing on collecting the money from the patients instead of giving proper response to the patient. If we want to give the grievance in hospital none of the staff not responding to the patient. It is completely a pathetic response from the hospital. Worst service, poor in deliverables, more conscious in gaining money. I request whoever reading this review think once before visiting the hospital. As a basic info they need to provide the grievance.
Samboju Sathish
Very bad experience with this hospital totally money minded not caring about patient's health. Especially the male persons in emergency ward is very rude. Complete cheating hospital. They don't even know how to behave or respect with the patients and attendants.
Shakuntala Nadikoppula
"This hospital doesn't even deserve one star. Before treatment, they assured insurance coverage, but after that, they showed no interest and demanded I pay ₹28,000 for two days of stay. The doctors only visited once. Avoid this hospital at all costs."
Monica Rao
I don't recommend this hospital at all to anyone. The admin staff is worst, with zero ethics. Even after charging lakhs, these people do not take care of the patients. It's the attender responsibility to take care of the patient and not the hospital. Hospital will just provide the treatment that too with no empathy. One individual should enter to this hospital with loads of patience since the staff here from admin to doctors including house keeping will serve you by taking lot of time. They bother only for money than wellbeing of patients.
A special note about the night shift team, most of the staff will be sleeping during night shift, no matter what the patient is going through i wonder why they mention as they provide services 24/7. I regret choosing this hospital.
Sorry, I am unable to express my whole experience with Ankura as it gonna be a lengthy essay. In short, I can say i went to a government hospital(Ankura) by paying lakhs of money.

We are getting good services from this hospital and I would like to thank u hari sir

I had an appointment at 4.40, i reached hospital by 4.20 and got to know that doctor will reach at 6pm. No intimation to patients even after taking appointment. I called the central number to check before starting they bluntly told me that they dont have an option to transfer the call to hospital and hospital staff didnt inform the basic news and we had to wait for 3 hrs with a 5 month old baby
