I’ve been going to Vision 2020 since 2009 when I made my first pair of glasses which remarkably has lasted over 15 years. Went back a few days ago, am very happy to have found a frame that’s durable, stylish and not over priced. Rachna was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable, wouldn’t have made this purchase without her.

Great selection of frames. Speedy delivery- within 1 hour I got my glasses ready! Ajay in sales was super helpful and patient while I tried on some 100 frames before finally selecting the perfect one! Highly recommend the experience

Store looks small from the outside but quite big with the collections they offer. To good was happy to see a few celebrities as well but the staff is attentive always. A special thanks to Rachana very skillful and kuddos to her work, very hard working

Very helpful folks. I’m spectacularly slow at taking decisions and Ms. Rachana spent a lot, a lot, of time helping me choose the right frame. Overall, a very good experience. Update: I went to get my spectacles repaired. The frame had got slightly bent. The lady asked me where I’d bought the glasses from and I replied that i had bought them from them. She had a slightly surprised/disbelieving look on her face and asked me my name. Her facial expression suggested that she found it hard to believe that I’d bought the glasses from there. Nonetheless, my glasses were repaired but I’m not back there again. Service is the key to retaining customers and this interaction lost them a client.

Looks like one staff member here has a bigger fan club than a movie star! Funny how all these glowing reviews popped up out of nowhere, singing praises like it’s a PR campaign. Are we reviewing eyewear or writing fanfiction? Dear shoppers, don’t be blinded by the hype – maybe visit and see for yourself who’s really making a spectacle!

My first and last visit to this store on approach to customer and I was warned by a friend that no one will service because they want to make money. But usually all opticians service glasses for small issues without a fee. So I came in anyway. One of my silicon supports on the nose had come off. This is a small silicon support that is screwed at the nose level to hold the glasses up. So I told them to put a new silicon support - the sales person said there is a 1% chance the hook for the silicon support will break. Now if anyone tells you that you are not going to take service - the intent will appear that you want me to pay for a new pair etc. Maybe intention is good but these are expensive frames I am wearing from Stepper so I am not allow you to break it even a 1% chance. Your staff cannot handle a simple thing like that is surprising. Your technician is going to break the support that has a screw in fitting a silicon support. Silicon is light material hardly possible to break that but even then. I was living in the area for a few days so it was not possible to visit the optician [on Linking road] I bought it from. I eventually did two days later and I have a new silicon support in for free. My optician could have said the same thing right but oh because i bought it from them its a service? So it raises issues about intent. Such a long note for a silicon that costs less than 100 bucks. If your technician came and told me the nose hook is weak and can break then I have a case. If you even wore glasses in your life with a high power you would know how small things can cause so much discomfort and then that is why we come to you for help. Anyway I have been to many opticians in my life no one says no to small service issues like glasses are tight lose silicon etc. It's your choice to upgrade.

I have visited your place a few times and like I said the prices were extremely high

I have visited vision 2020 at 8.15 pm for my contact lenses but the shop was close.

I did a check up again yesterday at Dr. Alpha Jain (Andheri East), just to realise that my number has increased a bit along with headaches. I did a check up here at vision 2020 bandra and was informed I do not have a number. For a few years I have been using glasses. When I did an eye check up here in November they woman told me anyone who checks their eye will have a small number. I was asked to wear glasses with Blue screen with no number. For 4 months I used that and now I have my number increased a bit along with headaches. Thanku. Better to have an eye check up with a doctor. Recommended Dr Alpha Jain.

Somehow I felt that advice given by optometrist to visit ophthalmologist was not justified
