Very good experience with consultant Ashwin..great follow up, went out of the box to get me my spec... because bof him i bought 2 products..he is asset to company.

This is about the Titan eyeplus and the story of a hard dedicated Store manager of the store Mr Ashwin Kadam.He was very patient enough to do through cross verification for my ageing mother,brother and me.Mr Ashwin asked his store optometrist to do an eyetest and he himself helped to choosing an appropriate frame that will suit our individual needs.He was also patiently explained all our question thrown to him,what type of lenes..what will be the thickness,how the blue light filter helps and manuly other questions like that.The time was spent well in the store..one thing I noticed that Mr Ashwin Kadam was looking so confident throughout the transaction we never felt that we came to any unknown place.He made us very comfortable and familer and treated us in very friendly manner. I will say this store is one of the cleanliness and properly maintained store ever I have visited ..everything was kept property and it felt better when you feel treated well.He served coffee and snacks meanwhile. I will definitely recommend Mr Ashwin Kadam's name to my family members because he provided such a awesome experience

Superb service by Mr Ashwin kadam. A store was very clean and neat.. When I have visited they dome my eyetest free of cost and offered me a tea and snacks. It was a nice geusture by the store manager Mr Ashwin kadam, hecwas really polite and seems to be very confident and very much co-operative... I would say it was a totally great experience since from the starting point to end of the transaction it was fully satisfactio. I never felt that the store manager Ashwin kadam something saying extra.. He was very upto the point and served the product I wanted.. He called and deliverdeliverd the product.. Same way he called after few days to know the status of my comfort level after wearing glasses. . So here, I am giving this rate coz I found Mr. Ashwin very courteous and humble towards customer service. I visited this branch with my dis-aligned frame and since I was traveling and had no other option/pair with me, he immediately took my frame and aligned it in a proper way, and explained about how to caring the glasses. Thanks to him. Will visit the store on my next visit for sure. Clappp!!!!

I had to make reading lens and the staff at the store were cooperative, and helped me to select the frame, explained the benefits of progressive lens, explained the insurance benefits and also delivered the lens without any follow up or hassle.

It was great service given by Ashwin kadam.Actually my spects was broken and I had to go to Bangalore and I have ordered a contact lenses so normally it takes time and he get it on very urgent basis.He gone out of his way and arranged the contact lenses on urgent basis Tysm Ashwin for wonderful service

Awesome experience the whole staff was polite I was very impressed with the eye testing done by Abhishek. Till date I haven't done such a advance eye test later on Mr Ashwin shown me the amazing range of eye wear different varieties, colours and styles to choose from. It was a fabulous experience we have at tanishq..a store is well maintained and neatly cleaned..All the equipments are completely sanitized..Mr Ashwin kadam is very helpful and also guided me to reach the store..when I called him to ask how to reach store guides me properly and when I reached to store I called him so he came at entrance to pick up me and then take me to his store ..the hospitality and the good gesture shown by Mr Ashwin ...He is very positive and had a positive intent to serve the customer service.
