My mother recently underwent a stent procedure at One Cardiac Centre, performed by Dr. Shiva Prasad, and I am incredibly thankful for the outstanding care and successful outcome of her treatment. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. My mother had a short of breath one month ago and based on our primary physician's recommendation, we approached Dr Shiva Prasad and that step has changed everything. Dr Shiva took utmost care of my mother and provided best advise and treatment. Dr Shiva went above and beyond and spent more than 30 minutes over phone (while I was in USA) and suggested best course of action. He explained the problem and articulated very clearly and shared details/steps about the Stent procedure that he was going to perform. He did the stenting for my mother and the whole procedure went very smooth. He explained (post procedure) and showed us the pictures and videos. we could clearly see how the heart vessels were before/after the procedure and could see drastic change. He patiently answered all our questions which has provided us lot of clarity and confidence. We could see lot of improvement in Amma's health right after the procedure. Dr Shiva has best staff supporting him in performing his duties. We would like to thank all his team members specially Ms Mukunda for communicating with us and helping us with discharge procedures. All the staff in ICU are very knowledgeable and being very patient. They showed lot of love towards my mother and treated her like their own mother. This is called "Compassion with Care" !! Sir, My heartfelt "Gratitude" for Dr. Shiva Prasad sir, for second time he saved my spouse life.... He is one of the best analyser and explains the condition of patient very accurately... Don't fall into the trap by looking at ratings here. When you go he writes 2D echo and ECG. 2D echo costs nearly 2 thousand. He never listens to patient concerns and never tries to answer them. If a patient starts asking doubts, to avoid that he simply moves out of his room with a high pitched voice and makes patients leave his room automatically. Empathetic nature is not observed in the doctor.

How come this hospital is having 4.9 as rating, clearly visible that they are delaying the process of discharge on and on and on. You have to beg them for discharge again and again, in all the ways possible they try to cash you, I felt it’s not well organised, my dad is in ICU and outside guard was saying Doctor is coming from 8am and he didn’t even allow us to go see the patient, but the doctor didn’t show up till 10:30, completely commercialised, better to find some good hospital than this. Worst experience.

My wife died recently, consulted this Doctor on July 17th 2023 and by 29July 2023 my wife was to be taken to Apollo Hospital ICU due to heart attack, later it was found to be a blockage in left main artery. The doctor failed to diagnose the symptoms despite doing ECG and 2D Echo at his own clinic. There were clear symptoms such as shortness of breath and sweating while walking, the Doctor convinced us there is nothing to worry about, even after consultation no medicines were given or suggested any further investigations like angiogram. Edit 2 : After the below response from the clinic/doctor I called up the receptionist and left my number, she me assured me that I will get a call from them, till date I haven't been contacted by the doctor or his staff. Such an irresponsible doctor and the staff. Edit3 : Attached is call history, after my review comments when you replied asking me to call, so I did on 06-Aug-24 spoke to the receptionist she said I will get a call back, till date I haven't got a call from your clinic

I had a very very bad experience in one cardiac. We joined for general medication issue due to fever with platelets count reduced. After spending 1 day in the hospital they did not give proper medication to increase platelets count. FEE STRUCTURE is very highly high. They will just grab your money. Worst to give even one star also.

Had worst experience, while the patient is inside in ICU, lot of drama will happen outside, from the guard saying doctor will show up in a while but he doesn’t show up, better to avoid this hospital because you don’t know what’s going on inside without even an update.

The behavior of Dr. Shiva Prasad is disgusting and manipulative, as he "withholds wages" from workers who express their opinions. His actions are a clear definition of oppression, seeking unquestioning obedience and exploiting others. Additionally, his three clones, particularly Veera Shankar and Rajashekhar, display a complete lack of understanding between counseling and gaslighting, demonstrating shameless behavior without a hint of remorse.

Last week ,due to indigestion I got lite discomfort in upper abdominal.next day I had taken ECG and it's was abnormal ECG. So looking at 5star reviews I had choosen this hospital. The amount of fear they gave me ...literally I got heart stock. After doing 2Echo and ECG.2DEcho and other blood test was normal ...But Doctor stil advised to go for Angiogram immediately, as he suspect that I have heart problem and the pain which I got was due to heart problem. I wanted to go for second opinion.. hence I had returned to home without Angiogram..but that night entire my family had sleepless night. Next day I went Citizen Hospital... Cardiologist Dr.Sudheer. he checked me and my reports..and he said that It was due to gastric problem not an heart problem. But upon my request he did angiogram and report was normal. Later he explained me the difference b/w chest pain due to heart issue and chest pain due to gastric problem.

Dr Shiva Prasad has done a very complex Angioplasty successfully He is Fantastic and really down to earth and treats patients like FAMILY.

Very less consultation time. Doctor was in very much hurry and does not seem to be showing interest in understanding the problem. Reply: Sir, you charged Rs. 700 for consultation and did not spend even 7 min. Very much disappointed with consultation. I was worried about my health but you were in hurry and did not give enough time to discuss. Not at all happy with consultation.
