Amazing Physiotheraphy Center. Within a week's time, Lower back pain was reduced significantly and after taking 9 sessions, pain became almost Negligible. Well trained and behaved staff along with expert hands.
"Mr. ASHISH" there took great care and was meticulous about the daily regimen including Various therapies and Exercises. He was well-versed with all exercises and activities which helped in faster healing and thereby subsiding pain. The overall experience and Pain-reduction journey was truly fantastic.
P.S. - It was a Chronic Back pain for the last 3 years and post treatment it's almost alleviated !

I came here with an extreme back pain in the lower region which I had from a year and I must say in just few sessions I got some amount of relief from it. Dr. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay counsel's really well and try to understand patient's issue and treat accordingly and miss Asmita tackled me really well and paid attention to my concern. I would say I have almost got 60 percent relief from my pain and in just eleven days . I would really recommend him to people. The staff the doctor the therapist and aura of the clinic everything is really very good and everyone is really supportive and the atmosphere very positive.

I do not have an issue with the centre but I was made to give a positive review after 2 days only. My session was for 10 days.
Can anyone give proper review if the therapist will sit near you and ask you to review it. Obviously not.
All these review you ll read are made with special requests. I got fooled because of the review. You do not make such mistakes.
I believe only the Director Upadhyay Sir has perfection. He has to attend new patients. Only. 1-2 and last 2 days time u ll get from him. Most of them are not even worth giving time

I went to this physiotherapy centre for about 6 months. Initially I too felt that the physiotherapists there are really hardworking and that is true too.
But the fact remains, I did not see any improvement in my bent left leg. Thus I left it!! :(
Post it, I called zisha from Radius Hospital, Gomtinagar and I found her awesome!! Then I realised Extra Care physiotherapists were doing a lot but they hardly know anything about physiotherapy.
In a nutshell, I did not like it!!
