Titan Eye+ at Powai, Mumbai

Nov-2024 The staff at Powai galleria outlet are great. I got great advice from the person who checked my eyes after evaluating the problem on check up I was also shown various lens option to choose from and advantages and difference between each. Will definitely recommend them.

Aslam + Sachin + Vicky Very humble , very honest and most helpful !! Really amazing experience , right from the start, entering a store , to final handover of the frames. These people understand value and they give you the most honest opinion. Aslam sir holds a lot of patience and so does every staff here. All from eye check-up , to frame choosing , time of delivery , ease of process and finishing of products , with perfection edge to edge ! Hats off to Aslam Sir , he is really a good guide and Sachin sir is also another one to give you a smile on face . Service is amazing and awesome , nothing less than this. Get your value frame here ! It's not pricy, it's worth every penny !

I HAD THE MOST OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! The staff is so helpful. I recently made the transition from glasses to lenses and I have a terrible fear of putting things in my eye, so I was blinking non-stop but Vicky and Wali were so patient and kind while teaching me. They took out over an hour from their busy day just to help me learn how to do this. Wali addressed all my questions and concerns, no matter how silly they were and Vicky was always handy with tips, tricks and hacks on how to wear lenses easily! Thank you so much to the both of you! I highly recommend going here for contact lenses (especially first timers)!

Titan Eyeplus, Chandivali, Near Mamaji’s medical Store. Here are some great reasons not to visit this store ever. Usually for eye related issues I used to go to Hiranandani Titan Eyeplus. When I saw one of the showrooms of Titan Eyeplus in my area Chandivali then went to it to change my spec's lenses. Sakina and Arshad were there. I would recommend everyone please if you want to save your time and free from drama and tantrums then never visit this showroom ever. The lady Sakina is full of lies. Here is the list of lies which she felt so proud of while saying it after giving my order on the date 19th Feb, 2022. She called me on 22nd Feb 2022 for submission of my spectacles as lenses have arrived. 1. Ma'am you would get your spectacles tomorrow at 7 p.m. Date-19th Feb 2022. 2. On 20th Feb, 2022 I was not able to go to the Titan Eyeplus, Chandivali because of some issues. 3. On the 21st I arrived at Titan Eye Plus, Chandivali to get my spectacles exactly at 5 pm. She (Sakina) said that the delivery boy is coming by bus. He would reach within 5 mins so you need to wait Ma’am. I said I could not wait. I need to pick my nephew from daycare. She took my address for home delivery. 4. After reaching home I gave her a call after an hour. She said the delivery boy is old so he is taking 1 hour to reach my location. Additionally, he had to do one more delivery in my building too. According to Google Maps, to reach my home by vehicle takes 6 mins, and by walking it takes 19 mins to cover the distance of 1.3 to 1.4 km. 5. I called after an hour. Now Arshad said, Ma'am I would be leaving now and would reach within 10 mins. Now this delivery boy had converted into a young boy from an old man. 6. I called again to shout and asked to tell the truth, and I would definitely write a feedback regarding this. 7. Sakina called to apologies and she came with some new excuse that the old delivery had left now someone else would come to deliver my order. I told her directly why you were giving me stories, and this call from Sakina was basically to not to give her negative feedback when I had sent this message to Arshad last time. 8. Story continued like this and every time I called the only message I had received was that it would get delivered within 10 minutes, and finally I got my order at 9 pm. I waited from 5 pm to 9pm just to get my own spectacles. This order I was supposed to get one day before at 7 pm. The packaging was poor too because they thought I was already going to give negative feedback so how does it matter if it would give this customer poor packaging service. Below are some pictures attached of their poor packaging services along with the history of 6 outgoing calls to the store and 1 incoming call from the store from Sakina. I have never expected such poor service from Titan as i am a or should i say i was long term regular customer of Titan Eyeplus Hiranandani. The question still remains the same. Is this COVID -19 had forced Titan to hire such low quality and not trustworthy staff? I purchased a new frame and used my old lens with that. They made a scratch on the lens while fixing them. I called them, they denied and lied that the scratch was there before. Inefficient and dishonest representatives at least at this outlet.

I'm a doctor. I have many glasses for my son, my parents and myself. This first time i got it from Titan. They are so foggy, i have to keep washing and cleaning ten times in a day. Such poor stain control. Absolute waste of money. Will never go back

Terrible service . I live in Powai so try and use this store. But the staff here is nothing short of either totally indifferent or totally incompetent. Also have terrible communication skills. First time I had to buy progressive lenses and the only explanation they game me was "technology is different". Nothing else. Today, again a totally botched up experience within the first 5 min in the store. It is so bad that last time I drove to Andheri 14 KM away to make a purchase as the guys in Powai branch were no good. Sadly a person was very rude too.

I have bought at least three spectacles from this shop over the last four years. And its just gotten worse with every purchase. My last purchase was the worst experience one could ever get. Even after paying such a huge amount, the specs had residual glue and hairline scratches. It just didn’t feel brand new. Also the fitting really bad. I feel so cheated. Ignore this shop.

Absolutely poor customer service. Feel cheated. Surprised Titan as a brand has this attitude towards customer. Beware... do not visit this store. Don't think this is a company operated one. Only out to fleece. After buying call them for a query and they feel I. Just spoke to a guy called Vicky on the phone for a purchase made on Sunday..and after will dallying for 6 mins on call... he just diverted the phone on day mode. And now not answering the call... Titan - have been a customer for a decade... but you lost me now for sure... Beware people... Maybe I should have gone to Gangar instead

The frames are good. But the lenses made were not proper. Technical team poor. Waste of money. Poor brand. Please do not visit. You will regret. The glasses made were so bad that the street lights rays passed through the specks.

Lazy staff. AC turned off. No eye test available. Its a shame because I had visited the shop last year and was impressed with the customer service.

Very poor quality. Eye check up and staff are good but which spectacular I purchased worth Rs. 4500/- frame is not aligned properly and lenses are very bad quality even I am using very carefully so many scratches are appareibg on glass. Regret to purchase the spectacular from Titan Eye Plus.

Very rude staff. Don't know how to talk to customers.whenever you visit them to get your glasses done they never give delivery on time. Their only machine never works. If it doesn't work they should stop working under the name of TITAN EYE PLUS. Even after so many complaints , you will not get delivery as per their new promise and assuarance just because their manager is only worry about to catch his train and don't about customer. Highly disappointed. I think company should close this store or should change their staff .

Firstly, the store staff isn't updated about their own offers and discounts. I had to tell them that there is 40% offer going on their website. Secondly, I placed an online order at their store on 10th October. The product was to be delivered on15th. I still haven't got the product. Its 28th today.And every time you call the store or their customer care, all you get to hear is "We've escalated the issue. Its been updated" And the senior official in your customer care has no clue what is going on. Also, the courier agency DELHIVERY they use, can never be contacted.They have such a unorganized functioning. Thier communication channel is bad. The titan eye plus and the DELHIVERY contact only through emails.That makes it more slow and unreliable since titan doesn't seem to keep a check if the stated promise is being fulfilled by the third party or not. (I kind of ignored the delay in service for some time considering the sale season, but I cannot expect it to be this late) If you contact titan eye plus through their online chat, they keep on transferring it to the other executive. Also, guys beware of ordering online on their website. You never know when exactly you'll get your product. I have made several calls now. IT IS RIDICULOUS that they aren't still doing anything about it and making lame excuses.

Worst experience. The optometrist at Titan eyeplus insisted on making the glasses at a lower number than my opthamologist. Worst part is the specracles made by Titan is even bad than my earlier ones. Never would recommend Titan eyeplus.

This is now converted to a 'franchisee' outlet of Titan. The staff is uncourteous, rude and have no idea of dealing with customers. Absolutely miserable experience not once but three times!

Very bad experience with the Powai Titan Eye Plus. The sales executives there are trying to push the Titan eye glasses and are not knowledgeable on the lenses. And if you are not knowledgeable they will fool you. I admit I lacked the knowledge on the lenses. However, this is not the first time I and my friends experienced problems with the staff there. They scorned off the Lenskart lenses that I am using, but the Titan lenses are nothing different from a Lenskart lens and are probably inferior to Lenskart lenses. I wanted to replace the Titan lenses with the superior Verliax lenses on the same day I got the lenses, and called them about it within an hour after I received the glasses. The sales executive told me it can be replaced I just need to pay the difference and even asked me to come to the store. When I went to the store, they told me they cannot replace the lenses and were trying to sell the titan lenses again. Such an unprofessional behavior from the sales executive and the manager in the store. Atleast have the courtesy to tell me that the lenses cannot be replaced rather than assuring me to replace it and making me to go to the store on a work day taking time off from the work! Buyers: Please dont use Titan lenses. Please go to Eye nation and buy from your lenses from there. Atleast the executives there are knowledgeable and professional.

Very poor customer service .. the manager is unprofessional- gives priority to other customers even when his staff telling that I arrived earlier . He needs to get training

Extremely poor staff, they have no interest in selling the products.

Very inefficient salesman and they don't even have a scanning machine for billing. Took more than 0.5 hrs to bill a product and redeem the discount vouchers.

Very poor customer service. For a Defective product I was asked to pay the differential of a discounted amount to get it replaced... Disappointing especially since I trusted TATA as the brand. This customer is list for sure.

The collection of frames can at best be described as mediocre, but the main issue is with the technical expertise of the staff. They mostly rely on the results of the auto-refractometer in their store while setting the lens dioptre, instead of the actual test results provided by an ophthalmologist. Anyone with some knowledge of optometry/ophthalmology would understand that the results from the auto-refractometer works only as a start point to determine the refractive error, not the actual refractive power to be set. The staff do not even check/verify the Inter-pupillary distance (IPD) which causes alignment issues once the lens is prepared. From my personal experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The employees were busy amongst themselves and possibly I was seen as if I am there for window shopping!! Poorest Servixe ...

This low rating is purely due to this outlet’s sheer lack of interest in wanting to provide services. Last evening when we walked in to get our eye tested, we were straight away told that they cannot provide this service for next 2 days as they don’t have a specialist. Imagine a brand like Titan eye providing such levels of service. Unsure why even that store was open. We would have provided a business of min 30-40 k but it was not what they wanted. Time in the year when people are out shopping, you see this and is nothin but lack of business sense.
