I wanted to book appointment but the receptionist is unable to help the closest location which is ok & then she shares details which is according to her the list of address but there is no address only street name written.. & she is not considering to understand her mistake… according to her everyone come through the msg she sends… in my family everyone checked the msg but we all are not able to understand then I guess we are not qualified for this service… I am sharing the msg I hope you understand what mistake you are doing and what kind of receptionist you have kept and if I am wrong then plz help me to understand how I could book your appointment? The entire Pregnancy journey of my wife was the smoothest possible experience she could have had - all thanks to madam Dr. Ankita Mandal. She was so polite and understanding in clarifying all our doubts/questions. She was always reachable throughout these 9-10 months. Last but the most important thing - she has the best of hands when it comes to the actual C-section OT procedure. My wife felt absolutely no discomfort during or after the procedure. In fact, she had an extremely swift recovery, which is rare even today. All in all - highly recommended! 5 stars!

My pregnancy was uncertainty since I was diagnosed with PCOS but I got a extremely amazing doctor while planning for pregnancy and she really guided me with utmost care and thoroughly treated me throughout my pregnancy. Most worst doctor. She don’t have time management skill. For two times we take appointment for suraksha nager bazar. Bt every time she cancel the appointment just 30 mints before. We rent a car for this appointment. And we have to pay the cab fare for no reason. And it’s not a small amount. Strictly not recommend.

Don't trust and depends on her completely, she make you fool even you not realised, be prepared for anything.... I don't want to share my story. customer please be aware

Honestly speaking i have not received any positive or great suggestion about my cyst related concern from which i am suffering since 13 years almost.this is not the first time i have visited any allopathy doc. Within 5 mins after checking me, she directly informed to operate if it gets worse next time. Just one antibiotic and pain killer thats it and when i asked about the recurrence possibility post surgery i didnt get any positive or straight ans.I am an unmarried girl aged 29 how can i be assured in just one consultation and allow her to operate a sensitive part. It may create issue in my conjugal life later or again i have to operate it if occurs. I was not even informed in detail whether it will be cured or not or is there any way out? Thats why i was not visiting any doc since last few years and i have accepted my fate.because i know everyone asks for surgery so easily.i mean despite being such a modern medical technology nowdays there is no treatment for a specific cyst problem? I am pretty shocked. I would have definitely thought about surgery if the condition was worse. I have been asked to reach out for surgery if it will be more infected.and if i had overian or uterus cyst i would have realised that there is no way to cure it. But in case of bartholin cyst i believe its not so easy for the patient for OT. And is there any assurance that it wont come again?how much the chances percentage of permanent cure post surgery? Because i am not at all convinced when i asked this. Having this issue since last many years so i have some idea that 3 to 4 days it takes to cure from its own.i know it will happen again. But if i agree to operate then also same thing will happen.then why i would bear such pain like surgery? And there wont be any issue in future can you assure? I have read multiple patients feedback that it has occured again or have become worse post surgery.who will take that risk? It is very easy for you to operate maybe. But patient should be convinced first for such crucial surgery

Not good for Infertility treatment or conception procedure. She doesn't give timeto her patients when fertility process is all about timings. She wrongly detected my ovulation day and her medicines for follicle stimulation is not effective. Infertility treatment requires accurate timing of the procedure. She is too careless about it. You have to wait at least 4-5 hrs a day to get the things done.

Very unprofessional doctor I had the appointment for my emergency treatment she made us waited for 2 hours in the Apollo clinic Newtown Kolkata but she hasn't arrived and the clinic staff mentioned that she is not giving the call response very disappointed by this.

Don't like her service and she didn't take care with her patients. She didn't follow up with her patients.
