During the visit, we found that the doctor was unresponsive to my wife's concerns and did not take the time to listen to her health issues thoroughly. Additionally, her behavior came across as rude and unapproachable, as she did not engage with us or show even basic courtesy, such as a smile, which is expected in a patient-centered environment.
To make matters worse, when we attempted to contact her later regarding the prescribed medication, there was no response. This lack of communication and empathy is extremely disappointing, especially from a specialist in gynecology, where patient comfort and understanding are so crucial.
