I bought 3 pairs of glasses from Titan eyeplus and i definitely cannot complain about the glasses and their range. Mr. Akash was of great help throughout the entire process, explained patiently and helped choose the best option out of all. I wasn't too happy with someone named Meghna whom I interacted with on call later, lax attitude with no knowledge of how to converse with a customer. Overall, i think it's a good option.

Thank you for explaining & giving us an idea, since we had old Titan eye farme which turns out was good, just swap with new lens. Also my mom had here own spectale. Once again the bulit quality was very good better than neighbour store. Lens with clear & comfort frame.

At the time of purchase, I was assured that the nose pads could be replaced every three months free of cost to prevent marks on the nose. However, when I returned to have them replaced, I was informed that this design does not allow for such changes. Additionally, the office staff seemed new and unfamiliar. I feel misled and disappointed by this experience.

One of the shit product I bought.. Very Bad quality of frame didn't even lost for 4 month on not even daily usage. Insurance is useless and store people doesn't really know how to handle customers. I left the product in the store after their great suggestion to put buy new frame. Good business idea make people buy 8k lens and ask them to replace frames as they are not willing to fix issues and even new frame no idea how long it lasts.

we went to buy a specs in Ramamurthy nagar branch. the staffs were busy in talking story and not bothered to attend the customer. we left the shop immediately after waiting for 10 minutes and purchased in lenskart right next to the store

Extremely poor service. I visited the store around 7:30 pm. The lady staff was incredibly rude. I waited in the center for 15 minutes, and she showed no interest in attending the clients. It seemed like she was in a hurry to close the center. Unlike other Titan centers that are well-known for their customer service, the Ramamurthy Nagar center left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

Fraudulent sales team and indifferent store manager. They sell you some lenses called scratch resistant but they don't cover any warranty for scratches and the Lenses are not scratch resistant. They developed scratches in less than 6 months. Don't fall for this

Worst ever customer service...I bought a frame 3 to 4 months back and they told it will come under warranty,if any coating peel off occurs, you can change the frame but after 3months when I approached them for a change of frame,they told this warranty is for another product and we can't change another frame.They will change their terms according to them.I will never ever opt for Titan eyeplus hereafter.

Worst service blindly they tell whatever it comes to their mouth . Bought power glass from this store very third day chip of glass was broken wne n asked to replace said cant replace as its physically damaged raised complaint n then changed glass still there is damage n they have put used nose pins to my glass n staff is telling bec os sweat in 4days will turn in to yellow n there is rust also . Cheating people i have escalted it lets see.

I would give less than 1 star for their prompt response and doesn’t worth it spending . Selling anti fog lens which will fog up Ben for our breath and unbreakable frames will break while fitting .. we are I’ll get better quality lens and frames for price compared with titan eye plus

I bought a Spectacle on April'18 and by December'18 the screw had rusted , broke in half and got stuck within the frame too. When I reached your store multiple times the Staff there refused to check my purchase details since I didn't have my invoice(wasn't mailed also).Thanks to him it is no more covered under warranty. He also pushed me into buying another spectacle only and didn't give a second thought on helping a customer genuinely. Serious Staff issues. Utter Disrespectful the Guy was. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

"BE CAREFUL FROM TITAN EYE RAMAMURTHY NAGAR SCAMSTERS"
They swapped the right eye power in the left eye and vice versa which I got to know after a year when I got my eyes checked at LENSKART. Since the power difference in both the eyes were just 0.5 i was getting ok kinda vision. But only through the left Eye it was not comfortable. When I complained (one week after the purchase) about the same, they told me there is an issue in my left eye.
What a scamsters and cheaters.. coz they realised they have done the blunder but they tried covering it.
I am glad I chose LENSKART.. It's 100 times better..
Also careful from their store representatives especially a guy called SUJEET G (I hope he told me his correct name)..

Edit after 8 months. When I came to replace my daughter's lens they have misplaced the old lens worth 1750rs and I am having to do multiple follow ups now to get the old lens back. Still have not got it back after 1 week
Another week and still I have not received the older lens. Careless attitude by store employees.

It's very bad experience with titan eye plus store in ramuthy nagar, For changing lens it took 15 days. They don't have lab there, initially they told once they receive lens, will fit the frame within 30mints, but after receiving they told don't have lab it will take 2 days. They don't have screws also for their brands in the store.
