Great service, Got my spectacles serviced and nosepad replaced for free

The staff and service is good only till the time your product is bought and delivered, and you don't face any issues. They do a hard-sell for progressive glasses and even assure that they have a refund policy if you are not able to adjust. On their assurance I bought progressive glasses though I needed only reading glasses. I wasn't able to adjust and it wasn't serving my purpose. Finally I placed a refund request, for which they have been dragging their feet. I have already made multiple trips to the store, multiple phone calls but never ever receive a revert from them unless I follow up. While talking they say give us 2 working days, but no update comes even after 2 weeks. I am sure since it's Titan, they will honour their policy, but it's taking just too long. Hope they improve on that part.

Great service by Chandrakant, Diva, Reena & Jaswanth. Reena and Jaswanth were good at suggesting the type of frames that will suit my face, and Diva and Chandrakant ensured that I buy the right set of lenses (glasses) for my eye. Overall great quality experience, true to the Tata's image

Pretty bad experience with Mr Chandrakant at Titan eye green glen layout. He sold me a pair saying there is insurance if the power changes within 1 year. My daughters power changed and when we reached, he mislead us saying i bought it 1.5 years back, when i showed the bill, he said we bought it 6 months back and insurance doesn’t apply. such bad service is not expected from a Tata company.

I used to be a Titan Eye plus (Frazer Town branch) customer for a long time. Since I'm new to this area, I went to this branch expecting the same service and products. When I got there, to my surprise, the store staff refused me service and also refused to take my order for contact lens. It was an emergency but they wasted my time and my order was not placed. Never going to this store.

On 17th August I visited the store to get progressive lense, they told me there is a 20% discount on MRP. Yesterday I went to order and they said the offer ended 2 days back. I felt they were trying to manipulate the price.

They need to improve in terms of making delivery of glasses as committed. I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive and it is the 8th day. The worst part is that, they don't attend your calls. Very bad experience. Oct 7th: At last I got a call from the shop. As per them the spectacles that I asked for has failed in their QA it seems. I requested them to process my refund but they are hesitating to do so. This is basically for my mother who had undergone cateract surgery and she is going through a tough time due to my wrong decision of going with these guys. Now they are asking for three more days. Think twice before going to them. Oct 8th: My wait is still on as i received another call from store. The new date for the delivery is Oct 10th.

Post delivery services are unprofessional in this branch..multiple times went for cleaning the lens and frame they do only 40% and say like we can do only this much...but other branches in hsr, kormangala are pretty good in this

We visited few days ago. One of the staff checked the power of eye 👀. Due to some reason we didn't buy any glasses. After 2-3 days, we went to eye hospital. They also checked and gave different power values. To cross check the differences, we went to third place. Now we got to know, the power values give by this Titan eye was completely wrong. Thanks god..we didn't buy otherwise i might be wearing wrong power glasses all the time.

Very unhelpful staff They don’t have any enthusiasm to sell the frames or even guide the customers as to what will look good or anything Even for rate of glasses you only have to ask for the categories of glasses like anti scratch or something Very poor service

28/10/2024 - Poor quality kids glasses, broke in a few months and not replaceable 25/12/2023 - We went to the store with a broken glass which no other optics store were willing to fix. We were least expecting that it will be done here as well but Titan eye never fails to delight any customer. The store is managed by very polite & patient people. Thanks for patch fixing the glasses & that too free of cost

Bought a frame a month back...since it's free size, initially it was too tight and it was creating pain behind ears..I went in like 3-4 times to align the frame..but I am still struggling with the frame...never had such experience before ...
