Took my mother for an eye infection. Dr.Alok diagnosed and treated the infection and it has healed. He was patient and explained the problem with course of treatment. Continuing the treatment for dry eye with him. The hospital is on the first floor and there is an elevator. The hospital is clean with diagnostic facilities inhouse and staff helpful.

Fantastic experience. Dr Alok BS is extremely professional and detailed in his approach. He is patient and approachable. Children and their parents are bound to feel reassured if they visit him. The staff deserves a shout out for being gentle and cooperative. Kudos for maintaining a hygienic, clean environment. The clinic has all the state of the art facilities. Thanks much!

Prices are competitive & cheaper compared to other eye hospitals in surrounding areas including for trifocal lens cataract.; it seems to be a newly setup clinic/ hosp... doctor alok and staff are great.

Very good eye clinic in Jakkur. Dr. Alok is an experienced eye doctor and is able to treat and clear doubts of the patients well. The clinic is very clean and well staffed.

I have visited for my daughter eye infection and Dr Alok sir explained the problem and given the proper medication and she recovered fastly.

I took my mother (54) to Ibbani for an eye check-up few weeks ago. Dr. Alok seemed very professional and warm. He answered all my questions and made my mother feel comfortable. We got glasses made for my mother and they were good. Dr. Alok further suggested for a field vision test as he said there could be a possibility of Glaucoma. I said yes to that and paid 2500 rupees for the field test. On the day of field test, the staff seemed very unprofessional. While my mother was having her field vision test, the staff person who was taking that test kept having loud conversations in that small room with another person. People kept walking in and out. Causing a lot of disturbance. As the price I paid, I expected a highly professional service. This resulted in inaccurate data. Seeing this inaccurate data, the doctor suggested medications. I had a doubt about this, so I went to another eye clinic (Zamindars) and had them take the field test again. They took it in a professional way and a cheaper price (2000 rupees). Only the test person was allowed in that room without any disturbance. And this time the test results came normal. In conclusion, while Dr. Alok was professional, the staff at Ibbani seemed unprofessional and cold. I feel they need more training in how to ideally deal with patients and provide services. I hope they improve themselves so no one goes through what I went through.

We had an emergency eye swelling and visited this place. Whilst waiting we kept asking for the doctor and they did not respond. They sent an aqua guard person to the doctor while we kept checking for quick assistance. the weird receptionist asks for an appointment since we asked for the quick care as the swelling and pain was too much. While I tried to explain the doctor he would not even listen and brushed our problems off without even acknowledging them. So never going back nor recommending anyone who needs emergencies.
